I found this item, they are labeled mistakes.
What would be wrong with them?

Jeff
mistakes??...you're making one by not telling us a little bit about yourself....do you just walk into a room and think that everyone is your friend??....
save the mooching for later......who are you??...
Hey Doc,
If you haven't done so already. An introduction is in order. While your at it complete as much as you can about your profile. These guys will take good care of you.
P.S. Don't worry to much about BPP he's a real cream puff.:smiley31: Just needs to warm up to you is all. Has helped me tremendously through his posts and a trade.:smiley40: :smiley4:
Dickson,
I don't know if you've seen Doc's posts so far, but I think probably 7 out of 9 are blatant mooches...BPP was being pretty easy on him IMHO.
Hefty's right. Dr. Jeff is a fucking idiot who came here to mooch. He used the word "free" in the site search function and posted to everything that came up. He's nothing but a fucking piece of shit bum with about 5 minutes left on this board.
Wow!!!! You done it now. :smiley18: I won't attack you but, majority rules and you have some heavy hitters on your a$$. And when Guado comes after you...... Step up or step out.:smiley41: I'm going to smoke a DCM #5 in hopes that you can get your act together.
When I arrived at the site I never noticed a sign or banner indicating that one needs to announce thmselves & explain why they are here or what their experience is in the subject, it was my understanding that it was a place for like minded individuals to share ideas.
Now in response to all of the iceholes, that accused me of being a mooch, I have stated that I am new to cigars & have learned that most likely that this is as one might say this "the wrong crowd"to associate with. I was told early on in life only a fool turns down a gift, & never costs a nickel more to ask.
I am new to cigars.
Smoking killed my father.
I thought I would never smoke,
I am now in my forties & tried one the other day & liked it.
I have used numerous message boards in the past pertaining to various specific subjects, & was never asked to state my qualifications for being here.
People complain about a lack of posts & I ask a genuine question, people jump on me worse that stink on shit.
An directly to bigpoppapuff - Why should one not walk into a room & think that every one is your friend, it is that way where I live. I am sorry to hear that where you live everyone is a cold hearted SOB that will stab you in the back & rape your dead body before it is cold, before I leave this board, just let me know where you live via a PM so that I will know to never go to such a horrible place.
OK Dr. Jeff here is the way it is. This place is a community. We know each other. We contribute to the board. We do not know you. You have made no effort to introduce your self properly. You have jumped on every recent post for free items.
You have contributed nothing and have asked for plenty. What did you expect??
Unless you wish to contribute in a positive manner then you need to get the fuck out before you make a bigger asshat of yourself.
If you wish to contribute hang around. I would like to give you a second chance. It's up to you.
i guess the question has been answered........buh-bye!!!!...:smiley51:
Whoops! Now you're gonna have to apologize for being such a dipshit fuckup. That's the thing about many folks - they walk in with an expectation that they can ask for shit and be welcomed with open arms. Yeah, you had the expectation that your "requests" would be considered w/o any regard to your own lack of reputation on this board, much less contributions of any kind. Now, I don't know how your world works but this ain't it. If you want to stay, you're going to have to nut up and stop being such a stupid fuckbag with a bullshit sense of entitlement.
My daddy told me first impressions are impressions we can never repeat. And I think my statement trumps your statement.... :smiley20:
Based upon what I've seen thus far, I honestly don't think you have what it takes no matter how much you try to spin it another way. But I guess you can always prove me wrong, can't you... :smiley2:
:smiley31:
You may not have noticed any sort of "formal rules" when you joined this site. I too am new to this site but did view the post for some days before posting. It seems to me that it is a Common Curtsey for your first post to identify yourself and tell the members of this board who you are and what you like. This generally allows persons to get to know someone as I, and others, may consider it rude to just walk in on a party where you know no one and don't make an attempt to tell people your name or who you are. The Board is much the same, it is polite to greet people, though there is "no written rule" much as many things in life.
I would suggest that if you do feel like continuing to be a member of the board to look at some of the advice out there for new members. I realize there is plenty of advice out there and that you may not listen or agree to everything but it wouldn't hurt to look at it in order to develop a sense of the board and act accordingly.
I also believe we are all adults here and insults in retaliation seem to get no where on this board much as in life.
I am new just as you are and am sure I may piss someone off on this board at sometime just as it seems you have. If I were in your postion I would take the above advice, appoligize and just forget about it. Everyone has there right to an opinion weither wrong or right and everyone makes mistakes.
Just a note that can't you see how these people have formed this impresion on you? Trust and respect are earned they not freely given out. In this day and age everyone should be careful especially with dealings over the internet where people are hundreds or thousands of miles away. You may consider this a bad thing but skepticism is a necessary evil.
Well thats just my advice, take it or leave it.
very well said my good man :smiley20:Quote:

Dr. Jeff,
From your wonderful and obviously well thought answer in "Screw you all" you have vast amount of experience on Message Boards and you would know that you don't..
A. Log on and ask for anything in any nature until the community gets to know you and you have been boards for a while...HOWEVER /cough
Your first post on Cigar Smokers was in the Newbie Sampler Thread....
Now, ironically, if you would have read the first post in that thread it would have explained the rules. But, you know that with seeing you have "used numerous message boards in the past pertaining to various specific subjects". So I shouldn't have to explain that.
Now in response to your statement "Now in response to all of the iceholes, that accused me of being a mooch"
These "Iceholes"...as you like to call them have a little evidence...lets look on your last 10 posts.
Response to "Have any x-tra 5 count cedar cigar boxes"
Oh, and this was your second post on this board...BTW.
Response to "Too many cigars"
Third post on this board for you...
Hmmm....
Oh, this one is a classic I would have to say.
Response on " New and Improved Newbie Sampler thread!"
Now, what is ironic is you responded to thread that the last post was two months ago! :smiley36:
Of course... you with your experience on "numerous message boards in the past pertaining to various specific subjects" would have noticed that it was dead thread.
Ohhh and that was your fifth post!
This is even better...Your sixth post, in response to a Birthday Bomb...
Ohhhh and that thread was THREE MONTHS OLD!! Oh wait, since you have vast amount of experience...you would have noticed that to...
Ok, lets see...
Response to Cigarsarges post "Free Smokes"
And this post was how old....to quote Keven Spacey "wait for it..."
FIVE MONTHS OLD!!!
"Iceholes"= 1
You = 0
B. Every message boards ask for some sort of intro...
However, you log on the boards and just start asking for smokes. No where do I see a post that says..
Hello, I'm Dr. Jeff and I'm new to Cigars...I've tried ect ect ect...any advice....
But, seeing that you have experience on "numerous message boards in the past pertaining to various specific subjects" you would have known to do something like that.
So, what are we saying. Get the :smiley35: off our message boards. :smiley44:
Lopaka
hahahaha. man this is some funny stuff. man am i glad that i looked around here for about a week before i joined and put in my 2 cents. being a VERY frequent forum user, (as my background check has shown, haha), you tend to catch the drift of how things go on forum site.
the thing i see wrong is that he asked for free stuff, not that there wasnt free stuff for the taking, but that he asked first (a few times) before even saying hello. one would think, maybe its just me, but you generally introduce yourself when you walk into a "room" full of people that you dont know.
:smiley16:
