name a few cigars you really enjoy that $2-$5
i've been trying a lot out trying to find a few i like to save some money. any suggestions? so far, the best i've found for the price was sancho panzas. but the ones that taste good are too mild and one that aren't too mild aren't very smooth.
Hate to sound like a broken record, I mention these all the time it seems like. Try-Consuegras, Perdomo "overruns," LVH "fumas," As for ISOMs-Quintero brevas. :smiley20:
so where do you find Consuegras? I have yet to find them anywhere. and the LVH fumas, are those overruns or something? i haven't seen those anywhere either.Quote:

What ever you do - you gotta have patience with these. You probably will not like them an awful lot straight out of the box. These need aging - the more the better. Some of the three/four year old Connie's I've had were some of the BEST cigars I've smoked...
The LVH are the La Vieja Habana - Drew Estates cigars. Some of those are a good smoke for the money. Most of these are mixed filled cigars (as opposed to long filler, which are full leaves, they are made basically with the tobacco scraps - good tobacco, just not full leaf). I especially like the "Leather Patch", which I believe is long filler...
$2 to $5 is a bit of a range espeically if you happen to live in an area that doesn't tax the crap out of cigars.

Rocky Patel Edge Maduro just tried on friday, good but was hopingfor more flavor. Have the Corojo in my box will try it soon.
Romeo y Julieta Reserve Maduro one of the first cigars I really like when I first started smoking not long ago.
Sancho Panza a good full bodied cigar with a ton of smoke, can't beat it for the price.

Usually all around $5 each. IMHO the best value in a cigar bar none. Not that there aren't other good deals though.
