Very consistent color, also had a good "firm" but moist feel to it when pinched. Niiiiiiice looking wrapper. This cigar had a smooth feel to it, not veiny at all. It was a box-pressed cigar and was consistent in design as well.

Flavor

Very smooth tasting cigar. Kind of a "dry" woodsy taste, which is the opposite of anothet Patel cigar, the vintage '92, which is a "wet" or damp wood taste IMHO. Nevertheless, the natural was very pleasant to the senses and didn't develop any bitterness, even towards the very end. There was no change in flavor throughout the length of the entire cigar, very prodigious smoke output.

Smoking Characteristics

Quick lighting, with an even burn from foot to head. The draw was very good, very noticably good. Rate of burn was consistent and there were no burn issues.

Overall Impression

this cigar was taken from my friend Browndevil's pass by my brother in law. He had the maduro, while I opted for the natural. I've heard mixed reviews about these cigars, so I wasn't necessarily expeting such a great experience, nor was I biased by unrealistic expectations of this one.

CI has the Super Fuerte's from $49.95 to $59.95 for a box of 25. They also have 5'ers if you just want to sample them.

I have tried a number of the Indian Tabac lines of cigars. From the Super Fuerte, Natural, Anniversary Limited Reserve, Corojo, and Cameroon Legend. Other than one that was a bit plugged they have all been great smokes. Even better they are inexpensive as well!

I must have been doing something right this past week, the cigar gods have blessed me!. I got bombed by some guy(I think from HP) who sent me a bunch of nice sticks, one of which being.....an Indian Tabac cameroon legend!. :smiley22: :smiley4: Not only that, but you guys remember that "cigars you forgot about but found" thread? I found an Indian Tabac Super Fuerte natural in one of my many boxes in my coolidor tonight!. Yes!!!. :smiley27: :smiley20: I'll smoke it this friday after grades are turned in and the staff party is about to begin.
