You can find Xicar cutters Xi2 the cheapest line aroudn that price some places. Sometimes they go one same with 5-3 cohibas for 40 bucks which is a really good deal if you smoke red dots.
i got a xikar xi2 off ebay for 32 with free shipping... great deal
Personally I would go with a palio cutter from www.cigarmony.com.
I have been passively looking myself and also believe Palio is the way to go. I found that the Little Havana (http://www.littlehavanacigars.com/) has the best price, 35.99 with free shipping.
For the Xikar, which is also well recommended, you can get two from Thompson for $45 + shipping. I considered buying one then ebaying, trading, etc the other. http://www.thompsoncigar.com/default...8&page=product
From what I hear, you can't go wrong with either.
I tend to lose things like cigar cutters and lighters. Sometimes it takes a year, but it always seems to happen. I plan on using the freebies my B&M throws in until I figure out a way to break my habit. I have never had a problem with the cheapies other then they dull with heavy use.
Hope that helps,

I got my Xikar off of c-bid for 19 bucks. Also have one of those fancy three blade cuban crafter numbers.
I still find the thin bladed, sharp and cheap throw away double blade I got from a local shop for 5 bucks cuts better than any of them.
I love my xikar. 6-7 years old. Oiled it a few times and had to retighten some loose screws once. Mine is the all metal version, but it's not made for opening beer bottles. The blades may be extremely hard but the body will scratch and dent with abuse. They say it will cut up to 54. I cut alot of Perdomo Squareds in half with mine. They drew alot better after that.:smiley11:
I've got the Xicar XI cutter.. paid about 60bux for it at the local shop and about the only thing good I can say about it is that it's a neat BLUE color. I really don't like the action of it which inevitable cuts a step in the head of the cigar about 80% of the time. I actually get a cleaner cut from a cheap single blade cutter that I have. I plan on getting rid of this one on ebay and buying a Palio. Don't get me wrong, the blades are plenty sharp, it's that I just can't get the hang of it cutting in an arcing motion to make a nice smooth cut. I usually end up with a step where the blades meet which really bugs me.
i just picked up the Xikar Multi-Tool and man is it sweet and I found a site with the cheapest price
droidsdeals.com
Ordered on Friday at my house on Monday and all less than 30 bucks
I have had them all. I would get a Palio Cutter. These cut the best in my opinion.
I also like the Havana Cutter. These are hard to find but they are around $3.00 a piece and cut great as well.
I was able to get my Xikar Xi2 from Cbid for $17.00. You just have to be patient, I've lost many bids @ $17, but was just able to get it recently. I figure it's the best bang for the buck considering it's normally $26+.
