What was I thinking

I realized this week, that it had been about 2 weeks since my last cigar. Work has had me swamped, and the weekends have been just a busy with yard work and other things going on, plus we usually have a good summer thunderstorm in the afternoons, and it stays hot and humid. Well today, a friend came by and to help me with work on my truck, after we got cleaned up, we decided to light up a good smoke. I got a nice "601" I got in a Pepin sampler, and my friend who loves Don Kiki browns snatched one. As we sat on my back patio smoking and drinking I thought to myself, I must not go this long without taking a break and smoking a good cigar, I mean, the extra hour I spend is nothing compared to the relaxation I get out of it. Anyway, just thought I would share that I am back on the bandwagon. :smiley41:

You know, I have been in the same boat lately. Work has been owning my ass and when I get home all i want to do is go to bed. Well, this past weekend, i decided that i was not going to do any work for my day job, and instead covered a shift at the tobacco store for the Owner. It was a slow saturday and i smoked two cigars with some firends who are regulars and even though it was work, it felt like i was just relaxing. it was great. unfortunitly, i was so relaxed this weekend, that today totally sucks having to get up and go to work:smiley7:

I had the same weekend. I have not had a good cigar since I smoked with CabaiguanJuan over two weeks ago. SO, my GF and I spent the weekend at the beach and after lunch of King Crab legs, I pulled out a AF Short Story. What a great smoke.

JON - when are we going to smoke again?
