Controversial Lawyer Radio Ad

On the radio this morning on my way to work, I heard this ad by a lawyer who says "If you're up on your 3rd DUI charge in the past 3 years ...... yadda yadda ........ call me, I can help you retain your right to drive ........... yadda yadda."

Two things that are "IMHO"

• A drivers license is a "privilege", and not a "right".
• If you're up on your 3 DUI in 3 years, dude, you have an issue and "should not be behind the wheel".

I class this type of "lawyer" same as I class the Paparazzi, scum.

There's a reason in the original Attic Greek the term for lawyer is "Sycophant"

This probably falls within the realm of "it's legal but if you had any moral compass you would seek your income elsewhere". But it appears this fellow has no moral compass and is only ruled by the golden rule.

I think in North Carolina, 3 in 7 years is a felony.

I think in Louisiana 3 in 7 years means you can run for public office.
