Hello all

My name is Craig and I live in the high arctic, Resolute Bay to be exact. My wife and I am both teachers. I am very green when it comes to cigars, I have smoked a few but nothing I can remember. I am here for guidance. Right now I have 6 sticks in the mail:

2 x Cohíba Siglo IV
2 x H. Upmann No.2
2 x Romeo y Julieta Cedros De Luxe No. 1

As for humidors I don't have one yet, that is in the works. I have a trip to Las Vegas for this summer and I will be getting some sticks there. I don't know what to say other than hello all and I look forward spending some time here.

LMAO, my wife is an English teacher, I do technology and special needs work. I can not believe that I made a spelling mistake on my first post... and to make it worse I ran that post through spellchek.net and everything... and then when you posted it took me like five minutes to spot the error!!!

I blame it on the dark season... I will spell better in February when the sun comes back

Ok, now I have to ask you ... I've seen you logged in a couple of times and was surprised by your screenname. Is it referring to 'Straight Edge' the movement of youth to abstain from drugs, alcohol, smoking and promiscuous sex?

90% of my friends are straight edge and it sucks.

I too have a few "sXe" friends. However, they're not the "militant" type that frowns upon (or takes action against) other's enjoyment of smoking/drinking/etc...they just make the personal choice to abstain. They're all great guys.

Yeah, mine are the same way. Just sucks I can't enjoy a smoke with my buds. They don't even classify cigars and cigs together.

They're all under 21. I always mess with them and say you should claim 'Under Age' instead of 'Straight Edge'. It's just become the trendy thing to do here. :smiley24:
