Storing in humidor
Just got my humidor for Christmas. Its a 100 count, from TampaHumidor. So far its great. Seasoned it, got the humidity steady at 70%. Put what cigars I had in it, ran to the store and picked up a few more. Have about 35 in there now, side by side, on the bottom and top tray. I want to put more in there, but would like to try not to stack them. Is there some way I can make more trays or something, this way I dont have cigars stacked on top of eachother.

Stacking them wont hurt them, Afterall they come stacked in the box. If you have your mind set on not stacking them, get some thin sheets of spanish cedar that come in some cigar boxes http://www.invision.smileyville.net/...happy (24).gif. and use those.
To answer your question, I guess you could make trays out of spanish cedar but that would be a lot of work. You can get kiln dried spanish cedar on ebay for a decent price.

Isn't stacking cigars of diffrent brands, usually avoided. Even if it dosnt hurt them, It would be easier this way I dont have to take out 50 singles, just to get to the one cigar I want. Probably would be tomuch work, maybe if I call Tampahumidor, they can send me a few trays that would fit and i could make something to hold them up.

Check to see if your B&M has any empty Padron boxes. With a 100 count humidor these may fit in as trays.:smiley37:
