Ashes in NJ

Any NJ BOTL every been to Ashes? On the website it says its a cigar bar/resturant. Im intrested in going but want to know some details. Can you smoke at your table while/after eating? Or is there a seperate area for smoking? Any fee for smoking? Is this place even worth going to or is there a better place in the New York-New Jersey area? Im in Staten Island and there isnt much in the way of cigar lounge. Im also looking for a place I can smoke at when its raining/cold out etc. The B&M I like has a membership lounge but for $850 a year Ill suffer in the cold.

head to any of the major b&m's in manhattan, J&R, Nat Sherman, Davidoff, De La Concha, Cigar Inn, you buy something you can sit and smoke. Often I'll bring my own and smoke it after purchasing something from them.
