I'm not a huge fan of deleting and locking threads but in the opinions of the guys who run CigarAsylum, they feel the need to do that at times. I have yet to see a case where they went too far because the guys that run that place are all top rate people in my opinion.

No offense swift but if you pissed them off, you must have done something wrong and honestly, I don't even want to know the details but like I said if the CA guys have issues with you, you darn well better come to terms with what those are and don't act that way on other forums because odds are, you'll get kicked in the balls here and there too.:smiley2:

I'm not so sure about your position where you say you "chose to leave" CigarAsylum because last time I checked, your status over there was "Banned" which means THEY decided that you're leaving, not you.

If you're from Orange County, what do you think about Social Distortion? They're one of my favorites!:smiley20:

To settle this. i was sent a PM with an infection for posting a thread asking who has punched from a vendor I have problems with. . I have another thread I started asking what to do for bad customer service first. thread was closed as people were joking on the thread. I also received an infection for posting a pm message from CS to another forum to explain what was going on. At that time I replied to the admin who pm'd me stating if I can not post a thread and talk about my experience with a member, vendor or business on the forum in a respectful way then i do not need to be apart of the forum. At that time I received the ban.

So to say I was kicked off is a reach.

I choose to leave as I could have played the game and still be on the forum. :smiley20: the easy way for them to keep face was to ban me for 2 years. they protect themselves by having other see I was "banned". They must feel i would bad mouth them I haven't and i won't. Yow will see on another forum that i have talked about my problem with the vendor and have been far. So why not be far with CA?

I will be happy to pm you what was send from the admin for CA to another forum I am on. If I still had access to what was pm'd to me on CA I would send that to you as well.

There was a time and a place when I chased these ripoff clowns from board to board. Over time I've come to realize there's really no need to do that. Those that rip off are pretty quickly identified and those that are being ripped off are completely clueless - a marriage made in heaven!

Of course - it does not help that the person being ripped off posts what happened, then absolutely refuses to post the persons name?!?

$1,200 for a "custom made" humidor - built by a guy that's hardly known in the woodworking industry? That would have been big clue #1 for me!!!

Yes Waxing moon was the vendor.
He has ripped off others form other forums as well.

I will have a thread giving my account of what has happened. If you need to know right away, take a look at other forums until then. Make fun, call names all you want, I don't mind.

If you don't care that a vendor (waxing moon) is ripping of fellow smokers fine with me. I choose to let others know so they do not face the same thing.
