I have not had a cigar in at least 6 months... :smiley6:
I'm jealous!
I'd love to smoke more of them but they're hard to find up hear and of course, taxed near unto death.
On the plus side, I am heading to visit my daughter and grandson in Portland, OR in June so I'm saving up my pennies and checking cigar stores in that area. Worst comes to worst, I'll call my friend at the cigar store in Coeur d'Alene, ID and get him to order me a bunch and if need be, get him to send them to my daughters a day or so in advance of my arrival. Between the wife and me, I can bring 100 back and I'm shooting for 100 Anejo's....I want some sharks too!
Had my first Leaf by Oscar. Looks like I have to find more now.

I really like these cigars! They're not an Anejo, but they are good............lol
Damn! I'd have accepted! :smiley13:
So I had to run into the big city yesterday. I was due for arthroscopic surgery on my left knee today but it ended up being bumped to next Wednesday due to an emergency. The pre OP info says "no smoking for 24 hours before surgery" and since I wasn't due in hospital until 09:00 I sparked up a Te-Amo #4 in the car at 08:00 Monday morning and smoked it on the way into the city. I figured by the time they got me on the table and applied the spinal block, it would easily be past the 24 hour mark since finishing the cigar.
I did stop at my favorite B&M and pick up some pipe tobacco for my wife (did I mention she quit cigs some time back and started smoking a pipe??) and grabbed a couple sticks for myself. Had I known before leaving for town I was going get bumped, I'd have smoked something on the ride home instead of on the ride in.
It wasn't today but last week I had a Le Bijou and a Don Carlos #2. Both were outstanding.
