Chris had never had an Anejo before, I had an extra Shark - and the rest was history... I didn't hear Chris complaining - although AlexGTP and GTPHale were not too happy they didn't get one too... :smiley36:Quote:

If I hadn't bought a bundle during my first experience (frenzy really) at cbid I wouldn't be smoking these.
How was the Cigar?
For an "inexpensive" cigar, those Cuba Aliados are pretty darn good :smiley20: I like to keep a few around for variety. Yours was a "Cazadore" 7 x 46, very nice maduro for under $1.00. :smiley20: I prefer them over Connies. :smiley2:Quote:

The only thing is that the bundle was inconstant. I had one the other day with branches rolled in it, not stems, not veins, I;m talking branches. I pulled one out twice as long and twice as thick as the average tooth pick.Quote:

Enjoyed a Bolivar Belicoso and a Las Vegas Havana Cigar co Hand rolled Mudaro Robusto :smiley30:
I am suffering through this but i am trying to keep a lid on things and only smoke one cigar a day, as I could get carried away too easily...I know it's not gonna last but i have to try and hold out...anyway, today's smoke was a RyJ Reserve Maduro Robusto...I can still taste it and it's making me nutz as I wanna go smoke another one...bad, Neuro, bad...must ration these... :smiley19:
Nice cigar.
At first I was disappointed that it was fairly mild, but as the cigar smoked down it became much more enjoyable. The last half developed into a nice smoke. Light cedar/coffee notes. A woody, ever so slightly dry finish. Perfect burn and draw.
I'll buy again.
Farm rolled Cuban...very tasty. :smiley20:

Those Rocky Patels are great cigars in my Opinion, the 1990's are pretty good but I really enjoyed the 1992's.
