I don't know how to describe that cigar adequately. The first third was bitter, harsh, and had a chocolate hint. The sweet spot, though, was unbelievably nice. Smooth, creamy, a hint of chocolaty bitterness. The last third was marked by hot smoke, canoeing, and a return of the harshness.

Today I went to a local sportsman's club for a fundraiser with 8 friends. We get there early to stake out a table, as covered seating is limited, and start our poker tournament. It's a good time. $20 for all you can eat & drink, plus they gave away 30 guns. There were tons of additional games & drawings. As usual, I didn't get squat, but one member of our group did win a Taurus Judge. Anyway, I handed out a few FSS Maduritos and smoked a RASS. Good times.
