My bib number is 2105. Good luck to me :smiley36:
Enjoy it! Hope the weather is good!
And the winner is...Paddy!!! With a guess of 5:23:15 Paddy guessed the closest to my finish of 5:53:04. It was a hell of a lot harder than I was hoping and the whole last half I split my desperate thinking to take my mind off the cramping between my wife & son, the beers I'm currently drinking and the cigar I'm about to smoke. It's amazing how hard beer hits you after taking a couple months off & running a marathon...This post has been fairly difficult :smiley36: It's also a phenomenal pain killer :smiley14: Shoot me your new addy Paddy since I lost all mine in a single accidental delete :smiley7: Off to the garage for a great cigar and another 90 minute dogfish head :smiley37:
Congrats Paddy! Glad you finished great job! Thanks for the contest!!
Congrats Cigarbear for finishing your marathon. Not an easy task even when the conditions are ideal!
Congrats to Paddy for the winning guess!
Mark
Yeah, what Mark said!
Way to go on completing that tough run!
Way to go Paddy!
What? no DNF?!
Well done! Congrats on finishing a marathon
Congrats to the both of you!
To be honest, you came close at a couple of points. Around mile 16 my hamstring locked so hard while streching my quad that I had to use my hands to straighten the leg and stop the cramp. I yelled loud enough for a med volunteer to come running up the street to see about getting me a ride...Thankfully there weren't any kids around at that moment cuz the language would have made a sailor blush :smiley36:
Todd
HOLY SHIT !!!! I won.
I just threw that up there never even giving it a second thought.
The package is away!
