that is a haul. My buddy owns http://www.tscigar.com - he has a shop in Epping on Rt. 125 and also now owns Federal Cigar in Portsmouth. He has some good stuff.

I don't think they have voted on next year’s budget yet.
They threaten 110% and will settle for 60% I imagine.
