Spring Cleaning Sale- Part One

I don't feel I'm in over my head. I can not afford what I was looking for in the exchange program at this time. What better way to try some more sticks then a freebie deal?


I know what this is about, this board. Mainly like any other forum.. To interact with other who share the same interest. How do I do good for the board when i have no clue about this yet?

I continue to read, part take in things and if I see a freebie deal or even a cheap deal that I meet the requirements for, I apply for that.

All of these things are fine. Having a dick attitude when the guy says "I don't think you qualify" is not.

You backed out at 1PM, and hopped on this deal at 8PM, while requesting the newbie freebee. As a 2 month wonder, I would have been embarassed to pull a maneuver like this. Well, I just wouldn't have done that, period.

The non-asshole move here would be to accept you aren't getting it and move on. The reason is apparent to everyone else here. If you want an explanation, perhaps you should put the shovel down and ask James rather than making all of this public.

You would not even need to make that observation if you knew what this community was about. But - this statement in and of itself shows you have no clue what this community is about.

I think everyone is pointing out the obvious to someone who apparently does not have the capacity to understand. :smiley2:

gary - Bottom line - regardless what your desire with cigars might be (e.g. gaining the experience, learning about them, etc.) if you do not have the money to buy a newbie sampler, you definitely do not have the means to afford premium cigars. Perhaps you should consider getting into another online community with something a bit less taxing on the wallet.

I've seen on here, welcome newbies, we are a great board, lots of learning info.. But, I see a lot of old men who jump the gun. No one had to get all mad, I sure didn't. I didn't understand that what I did was a unwritten rule who would get you off the rocker and flip shit.

My best advice I got here so far was STFU.

I can see if I was a pain in the ass.. If I had pulled something like this before. But as a first mistake.. Little overboard I feel. I can and have purchased some decent sticks.. Still seeing what I like. Afford.. Maybe that was the wrong word.. It's not in my budget right now.. Unemployed so it's a tight budget.

I had received a PM as well to check this out. Had I known how MOST of you feel.. I wouldn't have posted with what I did.
