I have the same doggone problem - and I'm at a loss to understand why I'm treated that way. Perhaps it's because they're thinking they're being scammed because they don't get where Oz is?!?

They generally guarantee shipping in the states so they don't want to get in to issues when customs tags your order. Also it's some of the credit protect rules. In oz you can reclaim the money after customs snatches the order.
