I am Canadian, all Cuban Cigars are perfectly fine here. In fact, most cigar stores stock mainly cuban cigars. When I asked the question, I kinda intended any non-american cigar smokers to respond, I never even considered the Cuban embargo.

When CC pointed out that you can't get Cuban Montecristos in the US, I started wondering about the Dominican Montecristos. Since I never tried a Dominican Monte #1 before, I figured I would ask, this is a cigar forum after all.

Seriously man, this is a Cigar forum. I had a question about both Cuban and Dominican Montecristo #1's and I asked. I also got some great responses. That is the purpose of a cigar forum. Poeple here are really knowledgeable about cigars and willing to answer questions. This is a great resource for cigar reviews and opinions. Why are you being so hostile? I just asked a question and got some great responses. Now I wont waste my money on Dominican Monte's.
