Sounds like your just willing to take a layoff/termination and move on to better opportunities. However, I would not leave the termination so open ended. I at least draw up a letter saying that you Deny the accusations surrounding Internet porn at work. I might even have an attorney write the letter, just so its documented. If the only thing you get out of this is a good recommendation to take with you to your next job it will be worth the effect. You don't want this following you to your next employment. :smiley20:
