As I was cooking the ham, and stir frying, I cut the ham up, and put it all in the teflon skillet.

Damn't Roger, it's gotten to the point where I hate reading this thread because your dinner plans always put to shame the crap that I make.
But seriously, I am envious of your skills!
Tonight...
Shrimp top ramen, cooked in Bud Light Lime!
You can be envious of my skills, just as long as you are not envious of my size. LOL:smiley4::smiley41:
Tonight we had caprice and pepper crusted chuck steak. Yum yum.
My girlfriend made a mean pot of Black beans with a nice meaty ham bone thrown in for some extra flavor.
Big chunks of ham fall off into the beans as it cooks. Man I love it when she cooks a pot of beans. She buys this particular brand of some wonderful "Milk & Honey" bread so I get some of that and spread butter on a couple of pieces and go to town. We nibbled on it all weekend. :smiley20: Usually we will have some cabbage to go with it or some turnip or mustard greens but not this time. Not for the typical health nut I suppose but this is damn good stuff. I can rationalize the whole meal by saying "well, the beans are high in fiber!".
Sounds like good comfort food to me edgeman! I think I'd be all over that myself... Wait... I think I have a ham bone in the freezer! I might just have to try that.
Tonight I had fried crappies and corn. The fish were a gift to us from family in Minnesota.
