While I am smoking, I drink water. Between smokes (at the smoke shop I usually smoke 2) I have either a pepsi one or a snapple diet iced tea.
When I am in the mood for adult beverages, Macallen 12 year.
Single malt Scotch out of the water
Cold Beer in the hot tub
Red wine of Coffee
I tried that once, but it seems the local authorities frown upon that. So I was kindly asked to put away my flask and not open it until I came to my destination.Quote:

Whatever's in my glass.
I've always been a beer drinker but have just recently discovered lambic. Depending on the smoke, a good lambic can be paired well with your favorite cigar.
I usually prefer to drink a good beer! Goose Island Honkers Ale comes to mind...brewed in the great city of Chicago!!
I agree with the Goose Island choice! I prefer a heavier beer, the Hex Nut Ale from Goose Isalnd is wonderful with my everyday smoke, a Fonseca Sungrown No.2. Every now and then I'll spring for a couple of VSG's, and they go well with the Hex Nut also. I also love a snifter of Grand Marnier with a cigar after dinner.
Eh, I think I'll just stick to my good ole glass of scotch with mine.
Single Malts, Bourbons... when it's warm like now, primarily Rums... Ron Zacapa 23 is probably (in my personal view) the best non Cuban rum on the market. I also enjoy Copoya, Pampero Aniversario (although recently seems a little hotter), Zaya to mention a few. Special occasions require Havana Club 7 or Anejo.
I'm not really into Whiskey or Bourbons (although my late father loved the latter) and I cannot stomach cheap brandy.
However, I generally have a bottle of Hine Antique to hand (so long as my supplier doesn't slip in ordering his stock) and which I find to be an ideal accompaniment to most of the [fairly inexpensive] cigars I currently smoke.

Aside from Antique (which is a pretty smooth Coganc) Hine produce some superior cru's as well as a special 'Cigar Reserve' which I have yet to try.
Sometimes (depending on what I have eaten) I will round-off a meal with a cigar accompanied with a liqueur. If I prefer something sweet I often go for Amaretto and if not so sweet then a Marsala wine (which is still a little sweet but nowhere near as sweet as Amaretto).
When it comes to coffee I'm happiest if its made from the Italian-preduced Lavazza brand.
beer or soda depending on my mood
Usually a single malt, beer, or water.
Occasionally all three
Ice cold sweet tea
A good cup of coffee. Or cold beer on a hot day.
My homebrewed beer.
