Today I had a Sancho Panza EF Cordoba that was a tad dry because I didn't let it rest long enough after recieving them. I am so impatient I am like a kid on christmas. It was still good, but the rest will be better in a couple weeks. Must resist.
Had a Sancho Panza Double maduro that probably needed to rest a bit but was tasty.
