Yesterday - an Alec Bradley Maxx. I'll pass on that one next time.
Last night an Ashton ESG. Pretty good, but for the money, I'll take two VSGs.

Siglo VI. As much as I hate the price premium of big Cohiba's - I got this one in a trade - the ones that I have had have been finger-burners.
Opus #4. I don't hear much about the 5 & 4 but along with the petite lancero the smaller Opus sizes are my favs.
Had another CAIN Straight Ligero today. Nice flavors
Man O' War Ruination Belicoso. :smiley20:
Yesterday - a couple of Bobalu Coronas. The Cameroon and a Super Fuerte.
Coronas cigar Company Gold series corona, Fuente Hemingway Signature
I have been on a cigar kick as of late, been pipe smoking for a couple years steadily.
Oliva V - like the JdN Antaņo 1970, these strong cigars are just too much ligero for me most of the time. Didn't seem to pair well with Havana Club, but I should have known that.
Had a Gurkha Cellar Reserve Hedonism Gran Robusto whilst sitting around the fire last night. I give a :smiley4:. It had great flavor but the draw was rather tight the first 1/4 of the way through it.
Just had an Alec Bradley American Sun Grown. Nice flavors but had issues with the burn...may have been due to the wind but did not have any problems yesterday with my Perdomo Lot 23 in the wind.
Carlos Torano Casa Torano this morning
...,and a Carlos Torano 1916 Cameroon Churchill for this evening
I had to celebrate the sunny, 76* weather today so I'm sitting on my balcony, wathing the sun set with a Romeo No. 2. Pretty darn good.
Padron Anniversary Maduro Principe.
And, oh, yeah...hundredth post!
La Aurora 100 Anos ~ lancero
Found a Graycliff Emerald series PG Robusto in my humidor this afternoon. This cigar is ultra smooth, but at 20 bucks a pop I don't think I'll search for it again. It was a fine cigar, but taste wise I'm just not sure it's worth the price.
Had one 5 Vegas Gold Maduro left and just had to have it. Excellent smoke with slight burn issues.
Had another JdN 1970 Antano Gran Consul :smiley20: Sunday night and last night I had a Varina Farms Breakfast Blend Toro. The Varina Farms offering was smooth and light but still had very nice notes of nuts and a bit of leather. Aptly named Breakfast Blend. :smiley4:
Planning on doing a 601 Blue, although it's snowing like mad here in Denver!
NUB Cameroon...............oh yeah nice way to end the day
I had a RyJ #4 with my coffee this morning while getting the smoker fired up. Smoked pork pics will be coming soon.
Just lit a 2009 GOF Don Carlos. These seem to have more spice/bite than the Carlito's do.
Stanford Cameroon Reserve Churchill while waiting for the meat to finish.
Oh my I just enjoyed an Arturo Fuente Anejo 55 bombed to me by a friend. WOW great burn and amazing flavors.
JLP Conservas and a JLP Petit Cetros. These are much more to my liking - now that they are five years old.
Enjoyed a Vindicator by Oliva on my drive back home.. Very tasty smoke. :smiley20:
Spent last week holidaying in Savannah, GA and while there managed to smoke the following:
Arturo Fuente Gran Reserva Petit Corona
Arturo Fuente Anejo #46
La Aroma de Cuba Monarch
Padron Series 1964 (x 2)
Savannah Cigars Maduro Robusto (according to the lady at the store, they're rolled in the Dominican Republic especially for the Savannah Cigars store)
After picking up mess from reroofing at church then mowed my yard and showered I sat down to an ok Alec Bradley MAXX Brazil. Not sure if it was just me or the stick just didnt have much flavor.
Had what I believe to be a Montecristo #4 (Habanos). I received a box of about 20 or so from a former boss of mine some time ago, threw them in my humi and can't find the box. Usually don't care for Cubanos but this one was actually tasty. :smiley20:
Tatauje Cojuno 2012 :smiley20: The beautiful weather has hit Oregon!
Cohiba Lancero
Draw was tight at first but it has opened up now and is very nice.
Had a Diesel Hair of the Dog......it was not as good as other Diesels I have had. It was ROTT so hopefully with a little time the others will be a little better.
Onyx Reserve Churchill.. :smiley4:
Party Presidentes yesterday. PLPC and a BBF so far today. (It is finally warm enough to smoke around here.)
Aurora 1495 for breakfast and now while firing up the BGE a Zino Platinum master edition. Both thanks to Roham.
It's nice to finally be sitting outside enjoying a smoke
double post. oops.
Quintero Londres Extra - very nice now (5 yrs - I bought a variety of Quintero's at the same time to compare them :-) and back to being like a not-quite-refined RASS. Remains my favourite Quintero.
Bolivar Simones RE Canada (OR cab) - over 5 years old, and needs a few more years IMHO. The last one I had was 15 months ago, and the flavours were muted (a.k.a. 'vacuum period'), Now my socks are being knocked off. Very 'grassy' - like Cohiba grassy, but excessive. No balance. The first five draws were awesome, though. I think that when these cigars are ready, they are going to be classic. In the meantime, I think that I need to have some sugar and lie down. Sh*t what a strong cigar. My eyes are watering!
Casa Torano Robusto. This is one of the milder cigars I really like. Great in the morning with a cup of coffee.
