Asylum Straight Jacket 5X50
Neat band idea. So far I really like this cigar. Lots of peppery spice.

Breaking into my top 15 cigars......PVNISHER MMXI SHORTY. This thing is delicious. Love the spice on lips followed by a sweet tobacco. Need to find more only have 4 left.

I forgot to mention, when I pulled the cedar off this cigar there was some mold on it. Larger white dots (about 8 of them) spread out randomly over the cigar. I wiped the dots off and smoked it and it was still an excellent cigar so no harm done.
Last night I remembered about that and checked the last two I have and they are just fine (no mold). Thought I'd toss a heads-up at everyone else who bought some. As big a PITA as it is, you might want to check any you have remaining in case the mold was passed on to any others in the box. With luck it's unique to the one I had but I'd hate to see someone hanging on to one of these for a special occasion and months later pull the cedar off to find it fully covered in a nice thick layer of mold......

I remove the cedar from my anejo's for exactly this reason.....especially if they are going into the storage cooler. Haven't had a problem with them for several years now.
Going to remove mine when I get home. Thanks for the info.

I'll have to remember this for the future. I found it impossible to get the cellophane back on with the cedar in place (I like that the cello protects the cigars so I prefer to leave it on mine) so left the cedar off mine after checking........lol..........next time it'll be on purpose!
That's what I did too. I figured there wasn't enough mold on that one cigar to affect the taste. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it didn't taste moldy so I must have caught it in time.
Oliva Serie O Maddy Churchill...very good as usual. Flavor blast

Saturday:
My very last Oliva Series V Maduro Especial
Enjoying a Davidoff Year of the Tiger. A larger format than I usually have but wanted to try this limited release. A really enjoyable stick but not sure if I'm in for the price $32

La Aurora Preferidos Corojo #1
This is the third cigar from a box I bought a short while ago. The cigars are aged in the box for a year before shipping and they smoke like a dream. So far, all three were perfect with the exact taste profile. The #1 is a bit short for my taste, but that's not necessarily a bad thing as it is easier to find the time to smoke one. This is one of my favorite cigars. It's a completely unique taste.
Davidoff Colorado Claro while enjoying a 30degC day in Florida. I do not miss the snow!

It's still hovering just below freezing here so I had to fire up the heat in my hunting trailer last night to enjoy a cigar. I had:
Partagas Short
Diamond Crown Maximus
This is an excellent smoke

La Aroma de Cuba Mi Amor Reserva
Thank you!
This was a terrific cigar. I decided to try some Cognac for the first time tonight to go along with it, and it made for an excellent experience. I am going to start drinking Cognac on a regular basis, and I can't wait to smoke some more of these.
Undercrown and not finding it very interesting
WHAT???:smiley3: Then go ahead and send me any you have left. :smiley4:
I had my first Kentucky Fire Cured and I must say I was not impressed at all. I enjoy the Leccia Black much more. I also enjoyed yet another Nica Rustica. Gotta get me a bundle of these.:smiley17:

I'm having my first Bolivar Royal Corona today. I've heard good things about these and I must say the smell and cold draw are unique to anything else I've had. Looks like I may be in for a really good experience today.
