Smoked a Tatuaje 10th anny lancero that's been sitting in my humi since the infamous 2014 Fantasy season. Outstanding.
I'm about to try this guy. A bit of a crack on the head, hope it does 't mess things up. We'll see. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...8a1eda3673.jpg
Antonio Havana. Light brown maduro. Toro sized maybe. I picked up two of these from a dude rolling at the Texas state fair back in September or October. The cigars are pretty good but the evening was even better. Great company, a whole snapper on the grill, nice wine and scotch which I intend on elaborating on at a later time.
Buena Vista Edicion limitada 2008 after a great second wet shave.

My 1st one. Neat packaging and a pretty good looking cigar. Medium draw and spicy. About to light it up. I'll report back later. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...5bd2ed19ce.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...ce4b232dab.jpg
Sunday night was a Avo LE05. Nice as it was back then - age has done them well (burned my fingers smoking it)!!!
Last night was a Griffin's XII (the perfecto). Again - nice as I remember them - another finger burner!
Damn shame I can't get any more of either of those... :smiley6:
So a while back my brother was in Cuba for the cigar festival. He brought back a bunch and shared with me. One of the cigars he gave me was a Partagás Salomones which was supposed to be a real high end Partagas cigar. I tried to smoke it........yep that's right, "tried". It was rolled way too tight and even though I tried with my long metal skewer to open it up a bit I could barely get a drag out of it. Had it been smokable I think it would have been a very good cigar but as it stands, all I really got out of it was annoyance.
Sadly, this is all too common with the Cuban's and I'm quickly getting to the point where I'm going to just stop buying them. When 1 out of every 5 is unsmokable, it's just not worth spending the money on them. Especially when there are so many really really good non Cuban's out there and 149 out of every 150 of them is rolled perfectly. I've had the odd non Cuban that was a little tight, but still smokable so even the "not perfect" ones that slip by they QA department are still decent.
Diesel Unholy Cocktail Shorty
My very first Diesel cigar...strong cigar.

Romeo and Julietas 1875 Clemenceaus gifted to me by my cigar mentor, Sarge to get me through the bad weather we're experiencing in Houston. It's got some age on it, but a great smoke. I see why he exclusively smokes R&J 1875s.
A strong contender for spot number two on my top three after Illusione Rothechilds.

Sitting in the KOA campground outside of Buffalo, Wy enjoying the very last Rocky Patel Decade Torpedo left in my travel humidor. It's sunny and 86 F and I'm sitting in the shade of my awning in my shorts relaxing after a 360 mile drive today. We're on our trip home and I'm ready to be back. Should be there in 3 more days.
After supper tonight I'm going to have one of the AF Anejo #48's I bought from Tampa Sweethearts (thanks again to Jamie for the reminder of this store)
Romeo and Julietas 1875 in memory of departed former Tennessee Lady Vols Coach Pat Summitt. RIP, Coach.

LFD Chiselito ~ Maduro
Arrived home safely yesterday and smoked an AF Anejo #48 after unloading a pile of stuff out of the trailer.
Just finished an AF Hemingway Untold Story
Both excellent cigars (of course) The Untold Story as almost too big around for me (54 guage) but the length was perfect (7 5/8")
My first Macanudo Robust Hyde Park Connecticut robusto

An unbanded torpedo from an unknown source. And I would LOVE to know what it was I smoked... :smiley4:

Last night I tried to smoke a very sad Vegas Robaina. It was in bad shape when I got it a few years ago and it went downhill after that. It just fell apart on me after cutting and lighting. :smiley5:

AF Flor Fina 8-5-8 Maduro last night with my friend out on my deck.
I'm very impressed with this cigar. You can't beat the price and they're pretty darn tasty for being a less expensive Fuente cigar. I've smoked a few boxes of both the natural and the maduro and I prefer the maduro. I've yet to have even one that wasn't rolled perfectly!
