I am in no position to issue any "terms" as you've asked that I do. You've created so many problems for yourself, I don't even know where to begin to suggest ideas that you should consider but here are a few to start with:

1. Send a sincere, heartfelt apology to Rod @ CigarPass apologizing for sending him the threatening emails you sent him in January of 2005. You know, the one or ones where you threatened to sue him, remember those? Also include an apology for creating the name "CPassholes" on the CigarPass site and for harrassing Rod and CigarPass in January of 2005

2. Send a sincere, heartfelt apology to Hex1848 @ CigarSmokers apologizing for coming on to his site and creating a shit storm like we've never seen here. Also apologize to Hex for threatening legal action against him too. As with CigarPass, please apologize for creating a series of fake screen names here that you created AFTER you were banned. You know, the ones like "CoventryCock86" & "CoventryFaggot" now don't say you don't know anything about those because I KNOW you do.:smiley2:

3. Send a sincere, heartfelt apology to PDS @ ClubStogie for lying about me, causing problems AND bringing problems from other sites to ClubStogie AND for posting a misleading link on his site about cigars you had sold before you mentioned them in your post. (No need to do that on CigarSmokers, we already took care of that for you).

Now again, I'm in no position to DEMAND ANY TERMS here but following the above suggestions certainlly cannot hurt you.

Since Eric is on a thread delete kick again, I am posting this here. It was posted on the StogieChat Poll thread which will no doubt be deleted as well. No doubt Eric wants to delete any evidence of his actions, but I am guessing it has all been saved so his deletion is pointless.

The simple fact you keep missing is this. You are neck deep in it, as responsible as anyone else for you being in it, but only want to complain about how bad it stinks and demand someone else clean it up. You are simply fanning the flames and you know it.

1. You admitted to posting merchandise for sell you had sold BEFORE the post was made on CSmokers and other forums. You made sure they were included in the thread title in big letters. Your response to this when called on it was basically, "to bad, so sad." Someone also made the comment they would not do business with you because of past problems on this forum. Your response was to start calling people names. Like it or not, that's on you. No one else can be blamed for it. If you do not wish folks to express their personal opinion on whether or not they would do business with you, never post anywhere but here. You don't get to dictate how others feel about doing business with you.

2. You fan the flames rather than trying to resolve the problem. Hint, when you start calling people names, it's on you to apologize and bring an end to the battle. It finally reaches the point you start threatening to sue the people you want to end the argument with. Another hint, people don't respond well to threats. Again, it was on you in the first place to settle this mess.

3. You claim CC bought cigars from you while posting an inappropraite "thank you". When called on this, you proceed to post his mothers name, his partial address, and parts of two seperate phone numbers, all while claiming you can't release personal information.

4. When banned from, or discouraged from, posting everywhere but here concerning this matter you start a flame thread on your forum, where you claim this type of behaviour is not allowed and ban others for doing such.

5. Not being happy with one flame thread, you start another flame thread under the guise of a poll.

You just can't seem to stop yourself from fanning the flames. You want it to end? Own up to your part in this without fanning the flames. It's not an apology when it goes like this. "Sorry about what I did, but you are still a jerk." That's not an apology. That's another insult and nobody in their right mind would accept it.

The simple truth is if you had accepted responsiblity for advertising something you had already sold, stated StogieChat is what it is and let it go, and had Hex edit the thread title to just Crazy Cigar Deals this wouldn't be happening. Instead, you tried insults, lies, threats and intimidation and then act shocked people respond the way they do.

Either way, lets quit the crap. I'll drop the threads, even remove them if so asked. However, I would appreciate the same on your side as well. While you and I will never see eye to eye CC, I think both forums are tired of reading and taking sides.

Any member of ClubStogie can PM the admin and he will tell you that I asked for the posted special to be removed. It was not taken down due to any lies. Where on your forum the sale was questioned because of the flame war. I should not have tried to prove that it was an order from CC, as that would be impossible to do in public anyways and should not have been a point. That was my mistake.

4. While the members on your forum could speak their mind, I was banned. I didn't use foul language, just tried to explain my side. Yes, I was looking for new business, or trolling as you call it. Thus the reason for the ad to begin with. You guys were quick to ban my words there. I only remember saying one name, and that's nothing compared to the tone I've seen you use towards members of SC. If I'm allowed to stay here, then I'll be happy to get to know many of the BOTL. Who in their right mind wants to be a member of a forum where posts suddently disappear and then reappear? You may own a forum, but you don't own the community. It's the members who make the community, NOT the owner. The owner simply guides it to success. 99% of a successful forum is it's membership. I've been running forums for the past 7 years; you have a lot to learn. By the way, it's funny how your profile on StogieChat says you have made over 31,000 posts there. You really are the power hungry control type who always has to be above everyone else. I'm sure that's a false post count. Sad... So full of lies and disception.

You have already done an excellent job at tarnishing your name as well as your company's name. I still find it hard to believe the stunt you pulled at CigarPass -- creating multiple usernames and every name containing profanity. Funny how you deny it was you who created all those accounts, when the IP address used points right to you.

Eric, you threatened myself (personally) as well as CigarPass with a lawsuit. I am still waiting for that lawsuit to arrive. Why the delay? Could it be that you're so full of it, you talk big but have ZERO action behind your words? If somehow you are able to workup a lawsuit against myself, you'll learn a tough lesson about the United States legal system. You continue to spout off drivel, showing more and more how un-educated you really are. Please, sue me Eric. I'm still waiting. It's funny you're going to sue CigarSmokers now as well. You sure are sue-hungry. Maybe your customers should put together a class action lawsuit against you for posting personal customer information.

There are MANY MANY stogieChat members who are staying COMPLETELY away from Eric's flame threads that are directed at me. I know quite a few people who post on your board and they have told me privately that Eric is making a complete asshole out of himself and a few of his loyal followers, including you, seem to feel a burning need to stick your necks out for this dirtbag.

All I can tell you Joe is when you stand next to Eric, you're going to get shit splattered on you.........

Since you have NO IDEA who I am or anything about me, why didn't you just keep your mouth shut? Well, you chose not to so, I think it's a logical conclusion that you indeed "have your head up Eric's ass" as the expression goes. Sorry but you brought this on yourself.....

I stick up for Eric because SC is my stogie home. Whether members believe I'm making an ass out of myself or not, it doesn't matter because if they felt this way then hopefully they'd have the cojones to say it to me personally. I started posting at SC not too long after my first smoke and have made a home there sense, and it felt naturaly to defend that home. If other's weren't willing, then that's cool with me. I brought nothing upon myself. I simply told Eric that I was behind him, and that's because his forum has turned me from a newbie into a pretty knowledgeable guy when it comes to cigars. The comment you made about me was simply rude and worse than mine could have ever come across. I made my statement from what I saw and what my opinion was based on.
