I put hefty insurance on it though some of the contents aren't really replaceable. I don't want to hold up the pass while the USPS figures out what they did wrong. I thought about that...after the fact. Having not filed a claim through the USPS, I wasn't sure if I'd have to produce the damaged contents. Sorry for the delay, and thank you to everyone for the understanding.
We were able to recoupe most of all the charges, but there is one rather large one still in dispute, but we have a good lead on who it might have been.
Now, as to not waste any more time, these are my proposed takes/puts
take 5 vegas Miami / put Cain 654T torpedo
take Cuesta rey #9 / put CAO the Sopranos Associate.
Thank you again for everyone's patience, and if there aren't any against these puts, I will send them out tomorrow afternoon.
