Went to a bachelor party over the weekend, 3 days and 2 nights of camping out, drinking, smoking and other events I'd rather not mention in case my girlfriend might be reading.
Here's what I remember smoking, in no particular order:
2x Nub Maduro
1x Cain Maduro
2x San Cristobal (1 robusto and 1 pigtail)
1x Petrus Reposado
Too many Backwoods to count
Yesterday was a La Aroma de Cuba and the day before was a Padron 7000 maduro
Yesterday with coffee- Montecristo #5
Afternoon: EO No 21 Toro (underated cigar for sure)
Evening: a bowl of Dunhill Nightcap- laced with some HdM (ISOM) tobacco shavings in a Stanwell HCA Churchwarden.

A Rocky Patel Edge Maduro while reading The Germans in Normandy by Robert Hargreaves. I'd love to see what this cigar would be like with a couple of years on it.

Last night I had a Gurkha Legend Torpedo that I got from bigbill forever ago and was just sitting in my humi getting even more delicious. Very nice smoke. Thanks again Bill.:smiley4:
Tried my first Carlos Torano this evening- an Exodus 1959 Toro. (Pretty sure it was a toro.) Rather tight draw to start with, but that mellowed out into the 2/3rd. Rich, smooth, flavors of coffee and oak, little sharp on the nose exhale at points, but all in all a nice little cigar.
Makes me look forward to the MegaReview just that much more!
Gran Habano Vintage 2002. This is a strong candidate for my everyday cigar. It was really good and I think a bundle goes for ~$50.
Tonight I had the very first Padron 3000 maduro. I must say this is a very excellent stick! I was amazed by the burn and the draw on this one. I had little problem with it, and only had one or two relights in the last third, probably because I was savoring the experience between puffs. The flavor was outstanding! Very complex flavor throughout, it exhibited deep ceadary notes with a bit of pepper, and I even noted some floral hints in the last 1/2. I am excited to get more or these perhaps even larger sizes.... although this size at 5 1/2" x 50 or 54 was a great size and a first experience. From this one try I would definitely smoke these again. Very much looking forward to smoking a 1964 anniversary one if I can get one. I would highly recommend this cigar. I am sure many of you already know and agree. special thanks goes out to cigar sarge for this wonderful opportunity. No pics for this mini review but I and my wife sure did enjoy this stick.
