Had my first RP 'Edge'. Nice smoke, I really enjoyed the flavor. Beautiful looking smoke that burned terribly and had a bad ash. Tasty though.

Today was a JDN celebration belicoso.
RP Sungrown toro.
Monday and Tuesday I ended up smoking 11 cigars. I forgot what Monday was but Tuesday I smoked a Anejo #48, AF Hemi Masterpiece Maddie, Power Ranger, RASS to cap off the night with and 2 other smokes during the day. :smiley20:
Sounds like you have a 50-100 dollar a day habit. Must be nice. :smiley20:
AF Best Seller.....just right every time!
Had a between the lines, gifted from that stand up BOTL Ggiese
and a Torano 1959 gold robusto
Just smoked a CAO CX2...Good...Not worth the $8 price tag.
Well the weather here in Toronto has been a huge improvement over the winter temps. Just had a nice Fonseca (Cuban) Cadetes KDT on the balcony with a Canadian Whiskey n Coke.
-W.
MC Platinum. Flavorful- not too bad.
Puros Indios...not sure which.
RP 1990 robusto
Don Lino Afrika duma

Tuesday
AF Best Seller. I agree w/ Hefty - this one never, ever misses.
Wednesday
busy day - pulled out a bundle Flor de Oliva - a small corona - that was given to me. Not bad at all.
Just finished a Diamond Crown Maximus Pyramid #3 for my after dinner smoke.
3/4 of the way through a RP Edge which happens to be from the same box as Drew's. This is a wonderful cigar without any burning problems whatsoever. I had a couple of squares of Ghirardelli Intense Dark Espresso chocolate with this. They complimented each other nicely.:smiley41:
CAO Italia torp.
Mystery cigar sent by illilli in the "review these" thread. Good smoke, beautiful day. :smiley41:
Ashton "VSG" Wizard...today was a good/bad day rolled into one!
Leon Jimenes - No. 4
Nice Mild Smoke, lasted a good amount of time, even burn.
-W.
Had a CAO CX2 yesterday (a gift from the CAO rep). Was plugged like crap... My B&M swapped it out for a good one. The second one I had was smokin' like a dream!!! Nice cigar!!! (a bit milder than I expected, but still had a great nutty flavor).
Finally recovering from surgery had a Torano Exodus 1959 Double Corona. Now I have to nap.
HdM Short Robusto
Bolivar Beli 05
And I just had my first Cuaba Divino. Great little smoke <img>
Trilogy Corojo Tri-pressed (awesome)
AF Short Story..... always good
I had a Mag 46 that was awesome and an SLR A that was also pretty good.
Signature Collection Torpedo...not too bad except for the serious burn problems I couldn't get corrected until about 1/2 way through.
Partagas LE 2003-I think its fake, but its one of the best tasting cigars in my stash-burns like shit though.
This week I smoked:
Flor De Ybor City Belicoso - ("Review These" Cigar #2 - Thanks mauied1101)
5 Vegas Double Corona
RyJ Clemenceau en Tubos
AF Chateau Fuente Sun Grown - (Excellent!)
HdM Governors - (Flaky wrapper, but surprisingly tasty. Thanks mauied1101)
Today I smoked a Punch. It was light colored and 4.50 x 50. I believe it was a Rothchild Oscuro cigar. I never had one of these before, and it had a kind of bitter start and ended up kind of spicy and creamy tasting with no bad aftertaste. Kind of liked it. Something to look forward to smoking again.
HH
Nice feel, easily lit, very nice smoke to halfway then the burn got real moody!!

I don't want to seem picky or like I am busting your nuts here just offereing information.
TODAY FOR ME:
La Flor Dominicana 2000 mini torp (only about 4 inches long or so). Great with my coffee and a book this mornign on the patio.
This afternoon started with a late 80's Davidoff 4000 ISOM... VERY nice!!!
Then I finished it off with an AVO 80th!!! :smiley20:
...if you don't mind - I'm going to lay down and take a nap to recover... :smiley37:

Question on the Punch cigar. Anyone have a problem with the wrappers coming undone while smoking them? My humidor is typically between 67 and 72, so I don't believe its a humidor problem.
HH
LFD Lancero. Nice.
I used to think it had to do with my humidor - but I've come to realize there are too many cigars I've stored in my humidors I've not had trouble with, and a few that have fallen apart on me. I'm thinking it more likely has to do with the actual initial construction, or how it was stored before I got it. I also occasionally have issues with cigar wrappers splitting on me - which I believe means the cigars were probably stored on the dry side, and then hit my humidor that is at a constant 65% or so.Quote:

Good points. I have noticed that as well. I wasn't thinking it was a humidity issue, but more of a mfg or previous storage issue like you said. That aside, I really liked the flavor of the Punch cigar.
HH
For some reason with Punch cigars I almost always have issues with the cap coming off whether I cut or punch. Other than that no wrapper problems.
