Today... 1st Felipe Gregorio Centenario Classic A, 2nd RyJ Churchill (non Habano), 3rd another FGCCA, 4th Felipe Gregorio Power.
MMmmm I really liked the Classic A:smiley20: :smiley41: . All in all a great day of relaxing and smoking, almost good enough to make up for the (well) over 100% duty and tax I've been charged for a box of Bolivar Churchills from Famous. Fucking NZ customs:smiley38:
Cheers
Rich:smiley41:
Had just a Montecristo Classic last night. Great mild smoke. Actually the first Montecristo I've had. (noob)'
Just ordered some new smokes the other day. Can't wait till they arrive. :smiley16:
Was at a HERF today and had a blast some of the sticks I really liked Oliva Serie G Oscuro and RYJ Cedros DeLuxe # 3
Smoked a AF Short Story(my first one). It was a wonderful smoke, ended to soon though. Geuss thats why its called a short story, DUH. Will have to stock a few for those "quick" smokes.
ERDM Choix Supreme 1999 with a cup of Amber Oolong Tea.
This Choix was very earthy, leather like. One dimensional but delish!
Last nite i had a La Aroma De Cuba that I got from the B&M the other nite. Man, that was a good smoke. Just put a bid on Cbid for a box of em.
Sarah had one of her CT Exodus 1959, tight draw but I gotta say, the taste was mighty similar. Might have to pick me up some of these for myself. These came wrapped individually in cellophane and had a cute little band on each one too.
Last night I smoked a Romeo y Julieta from a little place south of Miami that I have had in my humidor for almost a year now, I have been saving it for when my daughter was born and since she's here it, and I hadn't had a stick in about three weeks I went to my buddy Nate's place and had a nice glass of scotch on the rocks and a fantastic cigar.
I wish I had a whole humidor full of sticks that good. It started out a little harsh but after a few puffs the smoothness came pouring out in creamy mouthfuls of billowing smoke and remained that way until I damn near burned my finger tips. :smiley20: :smiley20: :smiley20:
Today: Zino Platinum Chubby Especial 34.00 a stick ( Jeez ) but it was a wonderful smoke.
Last night: H. Upmann Vintage Cameroon
Yesterday: Ashton VSG :smiley20:
Sunday: Litto Gomez Diez Cubano :smiley41:
last nite I had a Flor de Oliva torpedo. man, i was pleasantly surprised. very nice smoke. ecspecially for a buck and some change. I liked it better than the Olive Serie G that i had a couple nights ago.
Smoked a CAO criollo today. It was fantastic. :smiley41:
Today on the way to work a Filipe Gregorio Power, at lunch a RyJ Churchill (long lunch), on the way home a Gran Peterson and after dinner another Gran Paterson (just to be sure). All good smokes:smiley41: .
Smoked a ISOM Vegas Robaina Robusto. A very nice cigar.
well, i believe my tastes are changing. could not find a cigar strong enough for me last night. i mean, i wasn't reaching for LFDs or anything. I tried a Cuesta Rey Sun Grown, Gran Habano Corojo #5, and a Sancha Panza Double Maduro Churchill size. All great smokes, but WAY too mild for my tastes last night. i've been smoking Padron 2000 lately, strong but maybe that's what I'm leaning towards nowadays.
Sarah smoked a RP Conneticut Vintage 99 with me last night. Tight draw, but good smoke.
Smoked a Partagas Serie D. No. 4 - habana. Great smoke. :smiley20:
Padron 2000
Don Kiki Brown (thanks ChefChris)
Did a Maria Mancini natural this afternoon. Started out really harsh and with burn issues, but after about an inch it was bliss.
Smoked an A. Fuente Hemmingway Best Seller, great cigar.
RASS form 05
Going to go smoke one tonight and watch my beloved Canucks. Any suggestions on what to smoke?
Just smoked a Cuesta Rey sungrown torpedo #9 while out playin in the garage.
Yea, I'm feelin good at 12:30 on a school night. So what ? In DEE OO PURO, SP Double Maduro, and Oh Lord a CAO vanilla walking out the door. Shhhhh! Who hid the exclamation point? Oh i found it. And by the way: why ain't I drinking it yet? Is this the sleepy smiley?:smiley12:
CAO Italia.
Finally smoked a Black Pearl I got from CI in a sampler last year. Didn't expect much, but it was a decent little stick.
Just finished a Bucanero El Capitan Peg Leg. Thanks to BPP for the hook up!
oh man, i just finshed my first Don Kiki Brown lable and i have to same i was very impressed. I think i'll be ordering a box of em'.
Just sat outside on this awesome awesome day and smoked my first AF Short Story. Man. That was a dead sexy smoke. Might have to do a box split of these bad boys.
I plan on smoking at least 2 more cigars today. I've got to go to a wedding (my ex-girlfriend's :smiley5: ) and I want to light one up on the drive home. It's cool, we broke up like 5 years ago. :smiley19:
No really, it's cool.
Just smoked a CAO l'anniversaire maduro. I'm really liking the CAOs:smiley4:
It is frickin' georgous outside right now, I just finished off a Gurkha, I received in my newbie sampler. It was a churchill with a yellow vintage band on it. I dont know the name. I smoked her till she started burning my fingers, yummy!!!!!
My going out picks last night. Had my 1st Nat Sherman 1400 d corona maduro earlier and like it alot. From the pic I had the Cohiba and the Perdomo. Perdomdo cameroon was nice, but definitely light for me. Would be a good newbie or morning smoke. The Cohiba was a disapointment. No taste till the finish. well constructed, nice burn, nice ash, no flavor and loose draw too. I was deceived by the wrapper.
From what we've heard about your new girlfriend, I imagine it is cool.
Smoked a Drew Estate (?) and a 5 Vegas Gold Churchill on Friday. (Don't tell the wife I smoked two in one day, she's trying to keep me at one a week.) Neither one was bad, but neither was very impressive, still trying to find a good mild smoke.
just smoked an isom bolivar gigante, a very nice cigar.
Beautiful day today. Smoked a Don Thomas Classico, nice smoke.
Beautiful day in Indy today as well! I smoked a Carlor Torano Virtuoso on the deck this evening. Great cigar. Might have to get more!
I capped the day off with a El Original Maduro Corona. Great smoke!
Nice choice Kass, that is what I had today too. (3/11 - this is the evening of for me)
Don Tomas Classico Churchill.
had an awesome day of smoking.
This morning I had a Tatuaje. Then around 5pm I had a Padron 2000, and now I'm smoking a Torano Virtuoso that I am enjoying the hell out of. Man. This is a freaking good cigar. Last one, too. Gave all my other ones to you douche bags. :smiley12:
indian tabac maduro, second one out of the box and with a few weeks of down time they are already mellowing out a bit, great smoke imo
