Mothers Day smokes, well I have been called A MF once or twice.
Cusano Corojo 1997 (was given to me, ok smoke)
Questa Rey Stanford's Cameroon Reserve Pyramid #9 6 1/4 x 52 these only come out once a year towards the end of the year. Very good smoke but I thought the ones I got at the end of 2005 were better.
Just fired up an MX2, not bad so far.
Edit: Just nubbed it.. great smoke!
RP 1992 Vintage Robusto
padron 2000 maduro, enjoyed!
I smoked a mystery cigar (which turned out to be a Famous Nicaraguan) for a review this afternoon. Currently I am heavily under the influence, and I am thoroughly enjoying a Nestor Reserve toro. These Nestors are by far my favorite bargain smoke of all time.
CI Anniversary, robusto, oily wrapper, big veins, box press not my preference. Used a plug cut, lights up nice, clouds of heavy, tasty smoke. burned even. Strong on taste throughout. I have another of these in my subscription and, if it proves the same, will add this to my "must buy when the price is right" list.
Royal Jamaica Oro Orjo Rothchild- Gotta say for about $3 at B&M, it was pretty good
Have to admit, smoked a small Acid Blondie at a cigar/coffee shop because I was curious. The wrapper tasted great, but I wasn't really impressed by the smoke, which is kind of the point. Not a bad way to relax though after trying to find an apartment.
Perdomo La Reserva Maduro "V" series, a rum n' coke & the new Warren Zevon biography. Life is good.:smiley20:
JR Edicion Limitada, getting another bundle of these soon.

Mmmmm looking at the list I'm beginning to wonder if that's just a little too much smoke for one day:smiley3:
Had a Tierra Del Sol Natural Torpedo this morning. The bundle has been resting in the cooli for about 4 months now. There's still some touch-ups needed, but for a cheap smoke I'm super satisfied.
Lunch smoke today was a CT Exodus Silver Robusto Corto.
What a wonderful smoke. Felt perfect in the fingers, nice easy draw yet slow burning, lovely flavours and perfect strength for a mid-day smoke.
Burnt today...

RP 1990
Bolivar Royal Corona
Last time I torched an RP it was the 92 and I hated it (burnt rubber taste), but this 90 was pretty good.
Some kind of Gurkha a friend gave me that comes without a band so thats about all I know about it, besides the fact that it was a good smoke.
El Rico Habano, good smoke with a kick to it
H. Upmann Petit Corona (Habana) as my delayed graduation smoke, VERY GOOD imo:smiley20:
edit to add this........ i REALLY enjoyed this smoke, as you can see

well it would have to be "yesterdays" smokes because I was too tired last night to write anything.
Yesterdays smoke was a Don Antonio churchill. I punched it. A new brand for me, wasn't overly impressed with the flavour, it got better about 2 inches in though. Very mild and unengaging.

Lol, I just realised what that was, (i thought it was a tiny corncob pipe to start with :D)
The H Upman petite corona isn't that hot in my opinion. It's fairly strong for it's size but it was too harsh. But it was one of my first so maybe now I am more experienced I will apreciate it better. *fondles humidor* :smiley23:
Today I had an El Mejor Espresso.
- Yesterday a Petite Tatuaje:smiley1:, a very strong Bolivar Maduro Robusto Tubo:smiley5:, a 5 Vegas Series A Torpedo:smiley32:, and a JR Edicion Limitada of a Romeo:smiley1:
Just enjoyed a nice stick and some great music out on the back deck.
The stick - Punch Gran Puro rancho. A little harsh at the beginning, and at the end, but pure mellow goodness in between. I enjoyed it immensely.
The music - Andrew Bird's Armchair Apocrypha. Amazing album from one of the best folk/indie musicians around. I saw him in concert the other night in New York City and I was absolutely blown away. Dude can play guitar, volin, and glockenspiel all at the same time, while whistling and singing. That is virtuosity.
All in all, I had a nice early morning smoke. Now, it's off to bed (I wish).

Ramon alones small club corona:
Nice quick smoke but nothing special, quite a lot of varied but wishy washy flavours. Strangely enough it got better roughly half way through. Nice and cheap though, probably one to walk the dog to.
Burn was hell of uneven :(
Arturo Fuente Gran Reserva Chateau Cuban Belicoso 5 3/4 x 52. One bada$$ smoke, and only $5.10 a stick! Cant wait to try the King Bs I bought along with them.
Bolivar tubed No 3
Deceptive! First thoughts were something along the lines of ‘oh noes!’ and I was convinced that this would be weak and pathetic. The initial aroma is one of mint and very promising. The build was great, wrapper was very smooth and even had a hint of green at the edges near the cap. But once again ( I am a massive Bolivar fan) the Bolivar pulls through delivering an awesomely strong taste and significant smoking time.
one of these http://www.atlanticcigar.com/bundles.html#section8 (after 5 months in he humi, they turned out suprisingly good for 11 bucks) and a carlos torano Signature. Well, im about to light it now, and step outside and play with the Buick...
5 Vegas (the one with the red label) Toro, pretty decent stick but after smoking 2 of them i'm not sure i'll ever purchase them
Last night, RP Vintage 90 Toro.
