Scotty never had any intentions of sending out any "prize" to a winner, he ONLY started this "contest" to accomplish tow things:
1. Show everyone what a "great guy" he is
2. Use it as an opportunity for him to blast me and his critics when we posting ANYTHING here other than "WOW Scroto, THANK YOU so much for your contributions to this community for running a Contest!! You are such a GREAT GUY!! WOW how generous of you!!!"

He knew we'd have SOMETHING to say because as he says in PMs to the new guys, all Bill and others do is have an axe to grind with me because of how I moderated on another board which is NOT this one and whatever other BS he decided to toss in. Scotty WANTED this to turn into a disaster so he could prove his point that all I do is dog him and harass him.

If you REALLY think about it, he had no intentions of ever sending out any "prize pack" Once again, this was just another one of his attempts to cause trouble here.

The more I read this the madder I get. Scott...It is not cool to alter contests outcomes to further your own agenda.The way I understood it this was open to all members. If you were going to exclude people you should have never have held one.

As far as what Leebo said concerning Scott being banned - I must revise my thoughts from my earlier post... After carefully thinking about everything that has happened, I don't know how Scott could ever recover from this whole fiasco. He needs to be heading on his way - to his debate board or wherever the hell it is he wants to go... But - I promise this - if he EVER goes near another cigar board - I will be right there and I will quote verse and chapter of all of this BS. Bank on it Scott - as Leebo says, "You're done!"

I said in the very beginning that these types of contests are not good because the person running the contest can determine the winner by deliberately making the magic post at a certain time. Unless of course the person has integrity (which Scott clearly does not) and promises not to look at the thread where the guesses are entered.

And this bullshit of holding a contest and saying certain members are not eligible to enter is pure nonsense. Now I can see excluding someone from a pass because you have a personal dislike of them but not from a contest.
