Dos Equis Lager, Ole Scratch for the dark beer, and Choc for my wheat beer but its harder to find made by the Choctaw here in OK.
Just introducing myself, and a local Brewery here in the Hunter Valley, Australia.
If you get the chance have a look at Murrays Craft Brewery and the
Punch and Judy Ale,
Whale Ale, and
Nirvana Ale.
Very impressive and made on a small scale with plenty of handmade care.
Cheers,
Bwendo
Got a sampler case of Smuttynose brewing Co. with the following:
Smuttynose IPA ~ Pretty complex IPA. Nice an bitter and good citrus notes
Star Island Single ~ Belgian Ale, brewed with spice. Not my bag, and I've had other Belgians that are better
Old Brown Dog Ale ~ Brown ale. Good, but not awesome. Yards ESA is better, I think.
Shoals Pale Ale ~ Another nice and bitter Ale. Not as complex as the smuttynose IPA.

I am a big fan of Monk's Cafe Flemish sour ale.
I just discovered Panil Barriquee Sour red - single batch
Wonderful stuff, although a bit pricey.
I'm a sucker for a good Belgian ale.:smiley20:
Saturday I racked 10-gallons of Irish Red Rye to secondary, brewed 10-gallons of Chipotle Smoked Porter, smoked a turkey, and smoked a Man O’ War Ruination Belicoso, a Graycliff G2 Turbo, and a 5 Vegas Cask-Strength Toro. I can multi-task! :smiley45:
We have a couple concurrent beer splits going on. In addition, I bought a case of Terrapin Brewing Co. Sampler. Came with the following:
Sunray Wheat Beer ~ I know, this will sound a little wussy, but I kinda like the Heffes for certain situations. One being woodworking. Something makes the smell of wood sawdust, pine especially go well with this.
Hop-Karma Brown IPA ~ I didn't have high expectations for this, but it was pretty darn good. You can ID the brown ale profile, and the IPA profile. Good stuff.
Rye Pale Ale ~ Another one that I didn't have high expectations for, but again impressed me. Good Rye flavor, but not overpowering like one I have from Lancaster brewing Co.
Hopsecutioner ~ I've had this IPA before. Good, but not my favorite IPA. The bitter is really toned down on this one, but good citrus and other hop flavors. Might be for someone who doesn't like high IBUs in their IPA.
Right now, I'm having a Bell's Expedition Stout (Imperial) ~ Excellent example of an Imperial Stout. Smooth, creamy, heavy, strong but mellow at the same time.

Having a Dogfish Head World Wide Stout:smiley16:

Stone Russian Imperial Stout...Great beer for the money.
I'm enjoying an Irish Red Rye while making a starter for my Imperial Smoked Porter scheduled to brew in a few more hours.:smiley32:

Trying to find a good beer to go with a cigar. I'm not much of a liquor drinker.
Good beer to go with a cigar? Sam Adams Double Bag.
Doc.
Enjoying a Clausthaler. By far, the best NA on the market...
Havin' some Rogue ~ Dead Guy Ale tonight.

I prefer a nice heavy imperial stout with my cigars over the lighter brews.
