I agree with Sid (OMG, what's happening to me???)
But I think it should be left up to the guys who's Birthday will be moved.
No problems here:smiley20: Makes sense too.
Fine with me but I think the Birthday boys should be the opinions that count... :smiley1:
Either way, split 'em or not, makes no difference to me.
Works for me :smiley20:
Makes sense to me...
Well, we've heard from 8 out of 10. 7 yes and 1 doesn't matter. Dan, sounds like you can adjust your reminder schedule.
Whatever the birthday boys want is ok with me. I know it will cut down on the evil looks from the wife.
And to avoid confusion, we could keep it one the same day, just the different month.
Great, Here is the remaining schedule
Newfie 1/17
Kirkus949 2/7
DrewGoring 3/14
Shelby07 4/19
CgarDan 5/24

Now that the Holidays are over let's not forget your Bday boys
And next up with January 17th is Newfie :smiley20:

DOOD, when did you send that?? It came today!!!! (I could check tracking I guess!!)
Very nice selction Dan, very nice. Thank ya kindly!!
BTW, I will post pics of all B/Day packages as others have done before me, but I figured I'd take care of that in one post on my birthday, if that's OK with everyone.
BUMP ITS ABOUT TIME GUYS :smiley2:
By the way as I have found out UPS does a great job at mailing things to Canada. Under 3 pounds you are paying a few bucks more than USPS but it gets there in a week tops and customs is a breeze. At 4 pounds or more UPS is actually cheaper than USPS so maybe we just found a new best way to ship to out friends to the north :smiley2:
Mine will go out FedEx tonight on my way in to work. I'll post a tracking # later tonight.
being a complete bum, mine can't leave the USA until i return to wake forest on monday. i will be sure to send it as soon as i arrive back at campus. sorry for the delay, but it is the best i can do now.
I ran off without it last night. I dropped it off tonight. Should be there Monday.
FedEx tracking # 8502 0215 1009
FEDEX ROCKS DOOD (I only said that 'cause I know you're connected!!!)
Actually, the driver just dropped it off here at work. All the courier drivers in the area do my subdivision and here at work too, and they all know that if there's nobody home, they come here.
Very nice selection Pal, thanks. 4 of those I've never had before, and looking forward to smoking 'em!!!!!!!
I dropped it off yesterday. Sould arrive on monday or tue.
I thought they were supposed to be there today but the tracking kept saying Monday. That's cool that the couriers will do that for ya. Did you have fun getiing through all of the layers of wrapping paper? I'm saving the endless layers of Old Glory tape for Drew. :smiley15:
Birthday box is on its way
FedEx 8573 4381 6183
what the heck. In sent a pacakge on express and it hasent gotten in yet???
ok, so i am a bum. that out of the way, with all the starting work i am having at wake, i didnt make it to the campus fedex store until this afternoon, mark cigars on the fedex slip, and am told i cant send it. i will get i out from the local post office tommorow morning. Sorry its going to be so late.
I think the big thing that should have been stressed for people sending to Canada is to NOT mark cigars or tobacco on the customs form. But, I guess we now know what happens when people ASSume...:smiley26:
But, as Jim said, it is the cost of doing business. I have had many packages that said candles or whatnot randomly opened and assessed duty based on what they saw.
Hey Guys.
Please check THIS link to a post I made in this thread a little while ago at the request of a Brother.
That being said (I did praise USPS Air Mail, and still do), FedEx has done wonders for my confidence in them. The 2 packages I received were unbeliveably fast and in awesome shape.
Leeroy, this is also in reference to your PM regarding instructions for shipping to Canada.
I didn't send you any cigars. I sent "commercial artwork" valued at less than $20 CAD. Hint hint :smiley2:
