so I was smoking my next cigar today...an Acid One. I was sitting in a local neighborhood under a tree just smoking and relaxing. Once I was about half way through, a cop car came up right near me asking me what i'm doing and whatnot. someone called the cops on me for just sitting under a tree smoking. The cop basically told me to go home so i had to put out the cigar only half way through. I was enjoying it too.
I got like a natural sweetness from it which went away after an inch or 2, then it just went to what seemed like a smooth mild smoke. I enjoyed it but i think i liked the RyJ Reserva Real better. I'd definitely smoke the acid one again though.
RyJ Reserve Real #2

wtf?! told you go to home?!
reminds me of a time that two friends of I were riding our bikes one night. It was late but we're all of age to be out at that time of night. Cops pulled us over and told us to go home. Basically we told them that we weren't going to and kept riding. They can't tell you to go home for no reason at all. So we kept riding.
Yesterday,
La Gloria Cubana Churchill
Today,
CI Legends RP..........what a great smoke!
Oliva Serie V Churchill.......:smiley20:
Gurkha Doble Maduro
P.S. Hey Debo, where you located? Sounds odd that you couldn't have a cigar outside unless you were in a "select" California city (i.e Calabasas, parts of Burbank, parts of Santa Monica, etc. etc) that banned smoking outside:smiley54:.
I'm in southern NJ, i don't think it was so much that i was smoking, as much as I was sitting there for awhile. Either way I didn't want to argue at all b/c i am underage to buy tobacco in NJ. Damn cops.
ah well, I plan on smoknig a new cigar tonight. I'm going to try another CAO Gold. Last one I had was extremely bitter, but it was my first stick so I think i burned the tip which caused the bitterness. that makes sense right?
Padron 3k for the ride into work today.
Ill be having my weekly Gurhka Napalease Warrior during the ride home.
Think Ill be torching a VSG beli that I picked up a few weeks ago tonight when I get home. Should go good with the sweatin my balls off that Ill be doin while sittin outside.

Oliva Serie V Beli

Yesterday was a RyJ 1875 Churchill and El Rico Habano Corona Suprema.
Torano Exodus 1959 Churchill......aged really nice in the humi.
RP Vintage 92 Torpedo
yesterday i had a Don Carlos robusto. not bad. I'll have to revisit those again.
the laws are pretty dumb. You can buy online at 18 but you have to be 19 to buy in a B&M store...leave it to Jersey to fuck up a bunch of laws.
Rocky Patel Olde World Reserve Maduro
Padron 1964 Anniversario
to make up for the dissapointing smokes yesterday :smiley1:
sammis
Hoyo de Monterrey Excalibur Limited Edition
601 Red Label Robusto
Aurora 1495 Robusto
Hey Sammis, good call on the Padron 64. What'd you think of the Rocky Patel?
hi Smoky
I rank it up in my top 5 :smiley1:
For me it is a Med/Full smoke, nice amount of smoke, good spice, some sweet undertones, and a very nice finish.

Yesterday wasn't a good cigar day. Came home after a long day of shopping with the wife & grabbed:
El Mejor Gran Reserva Emerald - almost like I wasn't smoking... gave it 2" waiting for some flavor before putting it down for a:
5 Vegas Series ’A’ Apostle - botched the cut (wrapper somehow got stuck in the cutter & ripped :smiley18:)... into the garbage & grabbed a:
5 Vegas Classic Churchill - smoked the whole thing... made up for the previous two, I guess :smiley41:
Dos Equis does NOT go well with a 5 Vegas Classic :smiley17:
Saturday I had:
DPG Black Label - Ill be picking a box of these up as soon as I make some room.
Gran Habano 3 Sigolos
And something else that I cant remember right now.
Sunday I had:
CT Virtuoso Cresendo
tonight: Pepin Garcia series JJ
very nice!

I had a Peruvian puro this evening...quite an interesting cigar.
Oliva V Beli and a RP Vintage 2nd Torp
I had a La Aurora 1495 Robusto last night. It was quite mild but very flavorful with some nuttiness, a little spice, and I think I even tasted cherry. From my noobish standpoint, I thought it was a great cigar.
Nub Conneticut................pretty tasty. I've had the Cameroon but not the Habano. Might have to get me a 5er of those.
Also, a Gurkha something or the other and a Padron Londres Maduro
Oops. Just saw your review for the RP Old World, Sammis. Sorry, been away from the forums for a bit.
Glad you liked the RP. Might have to give those another go. Thanks.
La Invicta corona = bleh... 4 more in the humi that'll likely never be burnt
RP Edge corojo toro = yum! This stick has cost his 4 brothers a fiery death! :smiley41:
My B&M had Drew Estate there the other day. The rep Chris was a cool guys. I was there probably a half hour just talkin to them. They had a buy 3 get 1 free deal so I got 4 Chateau Real for the price of 3.
I smoked one yesterday. I liked it. Not as much as the RyJ Reserva Real or the Acid One, but its definitely something i'd buy again.
Had a Roxxor Maduro Robusto out on the golf course with dad today.
Happy Father's Day to everyone!
Sir Winston Churchill #10
To All............Happy Fathers Day!
Just got done grilling and now smoking a big fat Perdomo Cuban Parejo I got from DW. Thanks!
:smiley20::smiley41:
