A draft wouldn't be that bad - depending on how many players would be willing to accept the risk. Shipping cost is higher than domestic, though.

A pass is probably better. That would only involve two crossings. I could run one that covers all price ranges. I just need someone close-ish willing to be first.

I said "what the heck!" - and in memory of a very great man (Master Roller Rodolfo Toboada Campa) at a time when he would most appreciate my thought (e.g. "just because") - I had a Toboada double corona I've had hanging around my humidor for about 7 years or so.

I doubt anybody south of the border would want to pay Canadian prices. I just looked online and the best price I can get on Partagas 8-9-8's is around $20 a piece. The worst price is $30 each. :smiley13:

As far as non-ISOM's go, multiply your best price in the US by three and you'd get what I'd have to pay for the same cigar (if not a little bit more) *sigh*

That's why none of us Canucks host box splits.

My 'losses' on non-public stuff is much worse $-wise than on public items. I don't go there anymore.

That is disappointing.

Sorry - let me clarify - it shouldn't be disappointing. I just have experienced better luck with stuff moving across the border in public transactions.
