Ok, so it's a bit early, but I wanted to beat the flurry of Merry Christmas posts that are surely going to come.
I hope all have a safe a wonderful Christmas!!!

A belated Merry Christmas to all and.............Happy New Year!
The new addition to our family add's her greets too..........meet Petunia, the X'mas Pug She's just 6 months old and weighs 6 1/2 lb's (she was 1lb 9oz when we got her at 3 months)
I hope you all had a great Christmas and New Years!
Welllll.......2 days after I made the original post, I got an early present..........a major heart attack, spentChristmas day in ICU,got a quadruple bypass the day after Christmas.
Got out of the hospital on 1-3 and went back to work on the 21st. Currently working 1/2 days and doing cardiac rehab
Yee-Haww!!
WoW :smiley3:. Glad to hear that you're okay and recovering.
Sorry to hear that ashauler, but I am glad to hear you are okay and starting to recover! Hopefully 2019 is starting better for you than 2018 ended.
Whew!
I'm glad you're back and doing reasonably well. Take care of yourself and do what the doctor tells you.......unless he tells you to quit cigars altogether..........then just listen to everything else he says. Cigars promote relaxation which is good for the heart............right!?!?
Stay well Jamie!
Jamie,
I'm sorry to hear this, and sorry to read it so late. I'm glad you're recovering. I'll add you to the prayer list at church. I think of you often..
Will
Thanks for the well wishes fella's..... Last cardiac rehab visit is this afternoon, then I'm on my own.
I actually feel a shit-ton better than I have in years......well, except for the occasional shooting pain in my collar bones and the annoying railroad tracks where they wired my breast bone back together.
Honestly, the lifestyle changes, while significant, haven't been all that difficult to accomplish. Regular exercise, diet modification, getting good sleep....less coffee, etc. might have something to do with motivation.
Thinking something is good for you is much different than knowing everything could come to an abrupt end if you don't change your ways. :smiley3:
Good to hear, Jamie.
Very glad to hear you're feeling better Jamie..........keep taking care of yourself my friend.
Holy crap, Jamie! Glad to hear you made it through! So sorry I've not been here for a while...
I'd blame it on the 10 pots of coffee a day that keeps being made, or maybe blame the person who pours it into your cup when our thirsty, wait the person truly to blame is Juan Valdez. I see a civil law suit in the future....
All kidding aside I am glad it all worked out.:smiley2:
hey babe
WOW! Glad to see you're doing okay.
Did they tell you that you should or have to give up cigars?
