I made an all grain smoked cherry porter. It was freaking Amazing. I did a cigar stand at a beerfest and figured smokes and smoked beer. How about you?Quote:

With the weather cooling off, that sounds like a good choice. My most recent batch was a pumpkin ale...it turned out "ok". I may try again in the next few weeks, this time splitting the batch to experiment with different spices in secondary. Going to make sure to pick a good smoke for the brew day too. :smiley4:Quote:
