Hey, I remember when you threatened the same thing for me :smiley2:
Greg
I've been smoking a pipe lately. I like that I can grab a smoke when I have 15 minutes to spare rather than having to find a block of an hour or so for a cigar. However, I did have one of those small RP vintage 1990 mini-rothchild's the other day and I had a Ghurka Expedition last night.Quote:
Greg! Man, where you been?! Ever have the chance to smoke a cigar?
I even got around to buying some beads for my humi.
Tonight I think a CAO Gol! is the ticket.
So I've been working a real job for the past 3 months. Up at 5:00 am to drive 45 miles down the mountain to work. Then I'm out of there at 3:45 to 4:00 and I can be back home by 5:00. But it all works out because I get to live in the mountains. On Monday and Thursday I still teach music in the evenings. On Wednesdays I generally go down to the Bear River to go fly fishing.

There's a lot of little spotted brown and brook trout as well as the occasional rainbow.

Then, if I drive about an hour in the other direction towards Lake Tahoe (Then turn off of the freeway and go 8 miles down a secret road and then 6 miles down a dirt road and then hike another mile:smiley2: ) I can get to a pretty cool series of high Sierra lakes and go fishing there.

In fact, 2 weeks ago we just camped out for a few days and fished every lake we came to during our hikes. So far I've still caught more fish than my wife. But she's not far behind.
So between work, teaching music, playing music, fishing, and walking the dog I've been a busy guy. But it's a good life. I smile a lot now. :smiley4:
By the way, those first 3 pictures? TEN MINUTES FROM MY HOUSE!
Living in the mountains rocks!
