So I am going to be in Las Vegas next month. Unfortunatly, not during the Big Smoke. I will be there from Nov. 25 through Nov. 29. Just wondering if there are any good cigar places to see while I am out there?

I just remembered, Baron Porthos, you were just in Las Vegas weren't you?? Did you go to Casa Fuente??
Casa Fuente at The forum shops
ANy lounge or bar and or casino allow cigar smoking.
Also the Davidoff stores at the MGM and the Venetian and at the Luxor/mandalay bay mall have some real nice eye candy..but the prices are ridiculous! I recommend you bring your own cigars to vegas.
It all depends on what you plan on doing.
I enjoy hanging out at the NYNY big apple bar. Drinking a martini and smoking a cigar.
Also enjoy smoking at the Bellagio piano bar..and also at the Venetian lounge...and also at the imperial palace..hell ill smoke anywhere anytime..LOL!!
Also the best steak i have ever had in Vegas is at DELMONICO"S steakhouse at the Venetian..they also have a nice little bar area where you can dink some great scotches and smoke overpriced opus X!!
I find that's generally the case for Vegas...Quote:

Take the wife for a gondola ride on the second floor or outside depending on the weather. 10th floor hot tubs open 24/7 at the Venetian. Remember there is a 30% tax on tobacco in Nevada. I had a 15 cigar travel humidor for 4 days. I brought 6 filled the rest with Casa Fuentes and Anejo 50.
I have a 15 count humi also. I am going to fill it all the way for the trip. It should be well emptied by the end, so I can fill it back up at Casa Fuente to bring home.Quote:

Yeah, I can't wait to try those Casa Fuente blends. I will probably spend way too much on cigars too! Oh well, I have fun doing it!!Quote:

24 Days 5 Hours 30 minutes 30 seconds

VEGAS HERE I COME!
oops sorry my countdown is:
12 hrs!!!
I highly suggest a trip to the sports bar at the Venitian for video poker, drinks and cigars.
We are going to begin planning our trip soon. We were out to dinner last night with a couple of guys who go there at least twice a year. They said to definatly hit the Venetian. They also gave us some other hot spots to definatly hit.
23 days 12 hours 20 minutes 05 seconds
Cheap table games are downtown. Hit the Four queens. Their roulette table likes to give away chips. Chips are 50 cents and two dollar minimum bet.
Someone told me that at a lot of the places as long as you are at a machine, drinks are free. You just need to tip the waitress, is this true??
That's true of most casinos.Quote:

I don't think that there would be a dry casino in Las Vegas....my thought is that they would be out of business. I am all about going to the casino in the morning, getting drunk, going back in the afternoon and getting drunk some more.
That how my wife and I do it too. If you play the video poker game at the bar your ice never gets a chance to hit bottom. As you finish one they are putting another down for you. tip generously. At the machines they are not staffed well enough for a serious run at drinking to excess. For about $70 you can rent a Rascal for two days then you don't even stumble.Quote:
