This goes back a couple of days. At that time, a discussion was had regarding Coney Burgers, and right now that sounds really good. Several of us in that conversation wanted the recipe, and I wasn't kidding when I said I wanted it either!

I spiffed up the sauce this year with some heirloom tomatoes & fresh parsley.
