Having a few problems ordering cigars from USA - some won't take credit cards from abroad and also state they cannot post to other countries because of the countries strict import regulations re tobacco in general.
just wondering if others have come across this problem. Cheers
ps - I can get tobacco from UK and cigars from Costa Rica!

They generally guarantee shipping in the states so they don't want to get in to issues when customs tags your order. Also it's some of the credit protect rules. In oz you can reclaim the money after customs snatches the order. Furthermore, nothing in the states is contraband in oz so the only incentive to order from the US is tax avoidance therefore the incentive is yours not theirs.Quote:
