And forget the burgers, bro - India sets the standard for vegetarian. Even if you're not a vegetarian it's hard to deny they don't have the best vegetarian food in the world - it would make a meat eater give up eating meat! :smiley36:
Perhaps you'll rethink your business model after you've been there for a month? Might we see a bit more curry in your burger recipes? :smiley2:

My wife and I have not traveled at all, but India is at the top of our list to see a different culture and for the food--as ggiese mentioned it's the vegetarian holy ground, that and it's just damn good food (and that's my impression from what I imagine is the watered down stuff found in the states).
Hope you can smoke some good cigars; don't come back hawking beedis!
Bring me some of that multicolored powder they throw all over each other during festival time. I am almost out. Every day is festival day at my house. That stuff goes quick.

I never heard of sugar cane juice. That little boy was so cute and he was working hard. Think about it this kid is doing what ever he can to make a buck and he got a good set up there. I thought over all the whole thing look pretty clean I mean they have food and garbage with rats eating in the streets. I think that kid did a good job keeping his area clean. I was thinking my husband could make me one of those units and I would have a most unusual sugar cane shack on the side of a beach front road. How much did that drink cost?
