They are very, very, very, very- vvvveerrrrrrryyy hard to train. Little fuckers just go around pissing and shitting all over the place.
Worst breed I've ever had the displeasure of working with.
Really messes up the trailer... worse than 9 kids running around :smiley36: :smiley36: :smiley37:
Searched it . . . looks like any other bird dog - dumb as a box o' rocks. All its brains are in its nose.
Well, nothing a good neutering couldn't fix:smiley2:
Got a 11 week old black standard Poodle puppy. She is already potty trained . Poodles are one of the smartest dogs I have ever came across
I heard they are really tasty on the grill!!! :smiley31:
Heard the same thing. And that little curly hair makes a nice crust.
i wonder if anyone here can tell us more about these dogs...
I'm especially interested in the ones from PA

Just got a call from my sis...Some Viszla attacked her. She managed to get a shot off wounding it. The damn thing was headed east last she saw of it. :smiley40:
Ruger, Sid is a known commodity on the board and you didn't tell us anything he hasn't revealed to us at one time or another in posts, except possibly a picture. So thanks for showing us Sid's picture and your ass at the same time.
Hey Sid, You're a handsome devil!
and POOF!!!....ruger was gone.....on your next try...don't be such an asshole..
I don't get the picture.
ahh. Well, guessing by what he wrote along with the pic, it was probably pretty tasteless. what a POS. Wait, was there a picture of you Sid? Or, what's the joke?
I thought Ruger died in that train crash last week.
So... Viszlas. You guys had me going again -- Lets grill the Standard Poodle instead!!!

Looking to add an attractive redhead to your life? The Hungarian Vizsla, with it's gleaming russet coat, beautiful bone structure and intelligent, eager nature is sure to fit the bill. This native of Hungary is renowned in it's homeland as an all-round sporting dog and family companion. The water-loving Vizsla is particularly adept as a pointer of game and reliable water fowl retriever. This medium sized breed stands approximately 21 to 25 inches high, and weighs between 44 and 66 pounds. Active and athletic, the Vizsla is a great choice for active families. Loyal and affectionate, this intelligent breed makes a wonderful companion, and is easily trained with consistent effort and a firm hand. The Vizsla needs plenty of regular, daily outdoor exercise, and is best suited to a home in the country. Grooming needs are minimal, the short, shiny coat just needs polishing with a soft cloth every now and then to keep it gleaming, fiery red.
If you are looking for a beautiful, energetic, intelligent and affectionate family companion, a Vizsla puppy may just be the right choice for you!
Lively and fearless.
Like all sporting breeds, Vizslas require a good deal of exercise to remain healthy and happy. A bored Viszla is a destructive Viszla who is likely to engage in unwanted behavior, including chewing anything and everything in your home. Thirty minutes to an hour of exercise daily in a large off-leash area is optimal.
