List here what you are planning on smoking or what you smoke on Thanks Giving Day Everyone have a Happy and safe Thanksgiving
I've got a H.Upmann Sir Winston 03 that I've been eyeing for Thanksgiving. But now that my wife has been describing all the crap I'm going to have to do, including going to 3 different places, I'm thinking the only thing I might smoke is my patience,
If I can find the time I will smoke a Padron 26 but the weather will play a key roll in that too.
Got a Partagas Lusitania I have had since the mid 90's I might torch up. Might torch up a Carlos III barber pole churchill from way back when too.
I have no idea.
Hmm. maybe a Fuente double Chateau
Probably a Padron 26 and a Tatuaje. Depends on my mood...
Got a af King B that my grandfather gave me. Probably going to smoke that or the Beast that i have had for a while.
I have no idea what I'm going to smoke... I'll probably try to light something up on the way home from the relatives.
As a follow up question, anyone have any good cigar related thanksgiving traditions?
I'm thinking a partagas maduro #10, I just picked it up and it will be my first partagas. I wish everyone a safe and happy Thanksgiving!
I just realized that I had a substitution in a sampler pack I just bought. What was suppose to be RP Euro's was substituted with RP vintage 1990's. From what I've read the 1990's are a much better cigar.
Upgrade! :smiley20:
So I think I'll do an RP 1990. Or if I'm feeling adventurous a Ghurka Nepalese Warrior. Boy, talk about 2 totally different cigars. The RP smells like a mild to medium body smoke while the Ghurka NW smells like a "kick you on your butt" full body monster.
We'll see.
I am having some friends over and I hope to talk my buddy into having a cigar and some bourbon together. He's not normally a smoker but he was part of the infamous Mexican vacation where we smoked the Cubans and drank way too many margaritas. :smiley3:
Cohiba LE 04
Gran Habano Corojo #5.
Herfador all packed for the road trip north. This will be my first Thanksgiving in about 20 years that I will be sober. Wow. Therefore, I plan on smoking at least 3 cigars today, I just do not know which ones yet:smiley25:
I decided to have a Padron 1926 not sure of the style but it was a good smoke
Had a Vegas de Fonseca for lunch. Thinking of an RP 1990 or 1992, probably the 1990 for dinner, haven't tried that one yet, then again maybe the 1992, I like those. Or Both. Decisions, decisions. :smiley1:
I just got back from Vegas last night, so I am not too sure whats happening today...
Planning on having a LFD-500 and finishing off with a R&J #3
I just finished the second round of eating and had a CAO Soprano
Today was a good day
Siglo III (04) for lunch
Ramon Allones Edicion Regional (02) just now after a hearty dinner
and I have my eye set on ESG for later with a Hennesey Paradise :smiley17:
I'm finishing off a Padron 64 with a double Oban, neat.
The jacuzzi is almost heated, thinking about a Padron 26 and more Oban.
bummer i wound up with a bad cold (or possibly even strep throat) this week so I didn't get to enjoy a good Thanksgiving smoke. I definitely will whip out the Newbie Sampler that came in last week as soon as I can!
cigarsarge ROCKS!!! :smiley37:
Had a Rocky Patel 1990 Vintage but it was pretty much plugged. Couldn't get it to open up much and then the wrapper started to flake off and crack open.
But then our friends from L.A. showed up and my step daughter from Vancouver showed up and we all worked on fixing up the big meal and had a fantastic afternoon/evening of food and cocktails and talk around a toasty warm wood stove.
It was a good evening. :smiley4:
Finished the bad boy yesterday.
Unbelivable!!!. Different, but not "better" than the Siglos I've had- 2 hours to finish it.
As usual, after finishing the Cohibas I've smoked (under 5 years aged), I'm left wondering "what would this taste like in a few years when everything is completely marinated, smoothed out and mellowed :smiley17:.
You need to buy several boxes of these Drew.
