Anyone have any special Christmas smokes planned?
I'm planning on enjoying a zino platinum with a good friend late Christmas Eve, and hoping my wife will drive home from her parents (2 hours away) after Christmas dinner so I can enjoy a smoke on the way back... haven't decided on what yet.
What about you guys?

This is what I am planning for Christmas day. Christmas Eve I may have something special I havent decided yet maybe a ISOM Montecristo #2 or maybe CAO Sopranos Boss

I've got a Quoram I think I'm gonna bust out. I got it back in 2006 and it's been waitng in the fridge ever since.

naw, got it back in November 06. I decided to let it age a while, see how it compares to some Quorom ISOM's I had from back in October 06.

Since the Cowboys play on Monday, if they win I'll celebrate with a nice Cohiba Sublime. If they lose I guess I'll burn a PAM torp. in disgust. :smiley2:
I don't have any special cigar set aside, but I was thinking maybe a Joya de Nicaragua. The red and green band has kind of a Christmas look to it, doesn't it?
I don't have anything planned, but I'll probably light something after the evening meal with a friend who will just be getting back into town. I've burned through a bunch of my "special occaision" smokes during the month of December (It's been a good month).
That being said, a friend of mine got me an Opus X #5 for Christmas, but it's currently back in Providence, so it'll be a bit before I get to light it. I'll be sure to let y'all know how it goes.
I'm supprised that no-one caught the fridge comment on this one. I'm going to smoke the small maduro in the Hemingway line, the name escapes me but it came with the Carlito's Way sampler. Since I have the apartment to my self next week a Cabaiguan, a Tat Noellas and an Avo Domaine #50 are all the choping block! Since Tuesday will be vry slow at work, and I'll mostlikly be the only one there, a Gispert Maduro! Man, I'm getting excited!Quote:

I haven't had a cigar in weeks. I've been smoking a pipe almost daily though. So after I finish wrapping my last couple of gifts I think I'll have the Montecristo white label that I got via the "Free Cigar" forum thread. We'll have some folks over tonight. I think I'll open up my humidor to anyone who feel like having a cigar. Don't know if anyone will, but I'm feeling friendly. :smiley1:
I ended up having an A. Feunte Gran Reservo which was very pleasant indeed.
It had the same "Steak sauce and chocolate" flavor I remembered from the last one I had. I almost wish I had stayed with a mild cigar instead. I haven't smoked a cigar in weeks and this one was pretty full bodied and medium strong as far as nicotine. But paired with a Bass Ale and "The Great Adventures of Sherlock Holmes" it made for an enjoyable hour or so.

Just finished an Esplendido around the fire in the backyard . Before that a Punch Grand Cru, Padron Anniversary a Davidoff and an ISOm who's name I can't recall. Went to Hartford today today and met up with a couple of BOTL's from CP. A learning experience to say the least.:smiley41:

I had a Cabaiguan, the Maduro Hemi from the Carlito's Way sampler and a Avo #50. The maduro really left me disapointed. It was strong, and tasted like a chocolaty Hemi for a little bit but then turned to just strong.:smiley6: What is thing supposed to taste like? Why does everyone get a hard-on when these things come out?
