Im not going to get all up in the middle of this but I have horrible luck with the USPS and for future passes people might want to consider using registared mail service from the USPS. I had a piece of "lost" registared mail and you would not believe how fast they moved on that.
I'm going through some of that too, bought some sticks from cigarsarge and they are nearly a week late.... DC says they were missrouted or something, hopefully they'll come in this week...

I have had 'gars sent to me that were destroyed in transit and the sender took their sweet time in replacing them. I kept telling them not to worry about it, but I have to say that it bothered me at the low priority put on the matter. Being gracious didn't work and I really feel like I got screwed in the end with the whole deal, but if the truth were to be told, it is totally my own fault for not pushing things. I expect others have learned the same lesson and that's why they have little or no patience with this stuff.
