So I posted a while ago about going to So Cal for an interview. Well apparently I fooled them into hiring me.
I don't start until March but I'm really friggin' excited about it. I will be traveling all over the country/world for 2-3 years so hopefully I'll be able to meet a bunch of you in person. :smiley37:

I got into what's called the Enterprise Auditor program with my current employer, Boeing.
Basically its a rotation program where I'll get to experience every aspect of the company everywhere we do business. Mostly engineers go into the program so I should feel right at home. Every quarter I'll be going to a new business site, sometimes several times a quarter.
At first my home will still be Houston but I'll be traveling almost all the time. When my wife starts her PhD program I'll change my home location to wherever she is, most likely Gainesville, FL.
I start in March so I have some time to figure everything out, but I'll definitely be trying to meet a bunch of y'all in person.

From the age of 10, I grew up in the 1960 area which at that time was unincorporated Harris County. So yes, it is a small world. Went to Klein high school.
And my Grandmother still lives in The Woodlands, right near the Conroe Marina if I recall correctly.Quote:
