What would you ask Rocky Patel?

I'm going to one of my local B&M's tomorrow for a yearly event. Supposedly, it's the 2nd biggest annual party my local throws. They throw a joint birthday party for the owner "Red", and Rocky. Live band, food, drinks, yada yada yada but still pretty damn impressive from what I've heard.

When I meet people of his ilk, I typically ask or say something a little off the wall or out of the norm. It usually (in my experience) gets a better and more subsantial dialog started.

So, what would you ask or say to Rocky Patel?

I met him years ago and he was really all about flogging his wares(Indian Tabac) . Too bad he brought 3 boxes of plugged cigars. First impressions last and I was not impressed by him at all. Enjoy it though events are a blast.

If I'm reading you correctly your question would be...

So, Rocky. In years past you've shown up to events such as this and peddled your sub par wares, all while offering up unsmokeable plugged dog turds. Do you feel you've learned through this process, and it is events such as this that can help or hurt your business?

Also, ask him when badwhale will be interested in a new RP release...

IIRC, he doesn't make that claim anymore. I believe that it is that current "Vintage" production is 'inspired' by the original release.

One could ask what's in the fluid that rollers supposedly 'paint' on the wrappers of the rolled cigars. (Others who have been on trips reported this on other forums a few years ago. I have no idea if it is true now, or was true then.)

Or one could ask whatever happened to CigarCzar.tv , and why only some of the episodes survived on Rocky's Youtube channel.

However, he's good at who he is and what he does. I've smoked a few boxes of RP, and although they aren't what I would buy now, as tastes change over time, I don't regret buying his cigars.
