I just ran out of Triple Maduros and have not been able to find a good deal on more (too cheap to pay full price). Does anyone have any suggestions for cigars that are similar in flavor to the Triple Maduros?
I thought I read a post here somewhere that Excalibur Dark Knights are close, any truth to that?
I haven't smoked the Triple Maduro, but from what I've heard and read the CAO MX2 would likely be similar.
I've smoked both. I don't think they're the same. MX2, like denver's saying...maybe, but I think you're getting right back into the same price range, and Trav is looking for the elusive 2 dollar cigar that smokes like an 8! LOLQuote:

I tried the CAO MX2's and didn't like them but that was many months ago and I only tried one. I'll pick up another 1 or 2 and give them another try.
(But if you can find a $2 cigar that smokes just like the Triple Maduro then I would be your bestest friend. :smiley36:)
